Minibar in room was filled with water and soft drinks and nobody never filled it again if you use something.
Many sun shades in pool area were broken, covers were with many holes or totally torn to pieces.
One day there were raining like 11-12 so our beach towels got very wet so we gave them back. 1h later when wheather was ok and we wanted new towels, then they said “we cant give, come back tomorrow”. (How is this ok for 5* Hotel? U even cant provide new beach towels)
Gym in that hotel is also very ugly.
I have been in Turkey for 8 times and 5 times in 5* Hotel. This time it was the worst 5* Hotel i have ever been in.
We had an amazing 5-day stay at Armas Labada and absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic — so many delicious options every day. The beach was just a short walk away, which was super convenient.
Our departure was at 5:20 AM and the hotel kindly prepared breakfast to take with us, which was a thoughtful touch.
