We have just had the most amazing holiday here.
The rooms are clean with fresh towels daily and a stocked fridge.
The food was good always plenty to eat and drink
The bar staff where always so friendly and helpful
Big hello to Mohammad 👋
The entertainerment staff where first class they made the holiday complete.
Souhir in the mini club and mini disco was amazing my daughter absolutely loved her so is so good with the kids 😊
Ismail made my children holiday one they will never forget he was amazing they looked forward to darts everyday and had the biggest smiles as soon as they saw him.
I also have to say a big thank you to serhat from the spa he was so friendly and helpful and made sure our spa experience was first class
Kingdom of the sea what is part of the hotel is fantastic. The slides and pools are fun and snorkeling with the fish 🐠 is absolutely amazing.

Overall very poor standard.
The rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and pool areas are seriously lacking in finishing. Dangers on every corner. The same goes for hygiene. It's absolutely filthy everywhere. Tables, chairs, and even the cutlery and plates in the dining room are dirty. The floors are sticky from drinks. No one cleans the place. A lot of our people caught infections during our stay, and there were 14 of us there. We had 6 rooms and they all looked very poor in terms of finishing and hygiene standard upon arrival. It's hard to tell if it was food poisoning or bacterial infection. Besides, we were there outside of peak season. It's scary to think what happens during peak season. This hotel falls far short of 5 stars! The hotel staff are extremely rude. They don't seem to be willing to serve foreigners who don't speak Russian. None of the staff speaks English or German. There's a complete lack of empathy and openness to talk with foreigners. There's no free Wi-Fi in the hotel and you must pay for tha access for every device separately. All amenities advertised except the pool require additional fees, and the facilities themselves are very worn and outdated.
The only plus goes to hotel location( only one hour drive from Antalya airport).

We stayed at Miarosa Kemer Beach with our 3-year-old child. One night, we found bedbugs in our room (3419) reception suggested cleaning and staying in the same room, which is unacceptable. You cannot eliminate bedbugs by just cleaning. Only after insisting were we moved after midnight — and no one offered help with our luggage, even though we had a child and it was late.
Next morning, we had to change rooms again, and staff kept asking repeatedly when we would return the key to the old room — instead of showing any empathy or support.
Staff have been unfriendly. Asked about a missing tap — told “we don’t have one.” Tried to book à la carte dinner (free for 7+ night guests) — told “no availability” for a whole week.

Had the most AMAZING family holiday here. The value for money is outstanding. Loved the food and location with the Kingdom of the sea being a firm favourite. The beach had plenty of loungers and space to swim. Activities in the area were top class. Shout out to great service from Serhat from the Hotel Spa.

We stayed for 10 nights. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel. The general condition is of disrepair and in parts unclean. The housekeeping was terrible, we found a dirty room upon arrival. We asked to move, the next room was as bad. Neither room had window coverings on the porthole windows. Light streamed in and hardly acceptable for your 13 year old daughter.
There was a large window in our 4th floor room which fully opened at a low height, we have 3 kids and thought it downright dangerous. When we reported it to reception the guys said - "whats the problem? Are you scared?".
On 4 days we had no cleaner, we reported to the reception on 3 occasions and the fourth we just made our own beds, hardly a 5 star experience. Rarely were we given 5 bath towels (we are family of 5) so had to share towels after showers again not really a 5 star experience.
The food was poor. None of us are fussy eaters and will try everything but it was often stone cold, poor quality and unbelievably repetitive.
On a positive note the water park associated with the hotel was excellent and you get access for your entire stay. The pools and snorkelling experience were brilliant (at water park). The food again was very repetitive with not a single change in the offering for the 10 days.
I would not recommend this hotel. If you have stayed at other 5 star hotels this will be a major disappointment for you.

I recently stayed at this hotel with three friends for a week, and it was a letdown from the start. We paid around €1.8k for two people under the Ultra All-Inclusive package, but what we received was far from acceptable.
The room’s sound insulation was awful; we could easily hear conversations in the hallway and the sound of crying children throughout the night. Meal times were restricted, and the food quality was poor—there was even sand in the salad at one point, which made us question their hygiene. Our stomachs didn’t handle the food well, and unfortunately, there weren’t any good restaurant options nearby.
Alcohol was subpar, and if you wanted anything imported, you had to pay an extra €6 per shot. Additionally, they charged for internet, which cost €15 per device for a week, and the connection was terrible—definitely not worth paying for.
The constant pestering by masseurs around the pool was particularly frustrating. They pressured us into overpriced massages, and after the treatment, they claimed we had issues that required a costly massage package. It was clear they were just using scare tactics to sell more.
On top of that, the entertainment was lacking. The animation shows were weak, there were no discos, and the water park was small, more suitable for younger kids. Basic bathroom essentials, like robes, slippers, and even toothbrushes or toothpaste, were missing.
Overall, this stay left much to be desired, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable vacation.

Everything old, almost nobody speak english… All food cold even fried egg is cold. juices is made of old rubber boots and plastic toys..(how someone can drink it?) Beer was ok and some beach bar stuff friendly… volleyball court is so bad that you cant imagine… first two days ball was old broken rubish then asked new one they bring it.. pools so dirty looking that didn’t even go inside. I’m happy to be home… awfull experience.. 1000% never going back…

2 star hotel!! Everything that could go wrong, it did. Unsanitary conditions in the hotel - the rooms are dirty, under the bed you will find slippers, leftover food, tampons and you dont want to know what else……. FYI, take your room slippers as there are none in the room. The food in the restaurant is the same almost every day. There was no fruit supply - the watermelon disappeared on the second day and was gone within seven days. Free ice cream at ultra all inclusive is only available from 17-18:30, all other times it can be purchased for a fee. Definitely think twice if this hotel is worth your money and nerves....

I went there knowing it would be bad, and it really was terrible. I thought it was good value for money, but it wasn't even that. The hotel is old, neglected, and the cleanliness and hygiene are practically nonexistent... The hotel is crowded, always chaotic. The only good thing is the aqua park, and even that requires a very long queue. There's no buffet for hotel guests, and it's right by the sea. It's just a place to stay. I think I'll never go there again.
