Our whole family vacationed from May 14 to May 21, 2022. We really liked the hotel, although it needs some cosmetic repairs. The room was simply gorgeous for three people, with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains, which is a separate plus. The trash in the room was collected every day, and the minibar was refilled. Cleaning was done upon request, and towels and bed linen were changed. (It is enough to hang a sign on the door requesting cleaning.) The room had a safe, TV, and hairdryer. The hotel grounds are very compact, with something around every corner: swimming pools, bars, restrooms (the restrooms are always clean). The sea is close. There are also three slides, which are quite sufficient. There are plenty of sun loungers on the grounds, near each pool, as well as zanies near each sun lounger, which is also convenient. The coffee at the bar is delicious, but only the latte; the others were not to our taste. (Everything is an acquired taste.) The restaurant offers a huge selection of food, with everything for every taste. I counted a dozen sauces alone. Plus, there's plenty of greens, vegetables, fruits, and salads. Grilled dishes were available daily: rabe, meat, and vegetables. Soups were also served 2-3 times a day. Sweets: there's a truly plentiful selection: cakes, pastries, and a particularly delicious cottage cheese casserole (5+). The hotel has entertainment for both children and adults. The animation girls (Yasya, Liza, Ayul, and others), led by Lena, are great, a special thank you to them. Thanks to them, your stay will never be boring. It's clear the guys are always having a blast, too; they were a joy to be around. They all work hard, working with the kids every day at the mini club, with a different theme each day, and they were very interested. In the evening, they also hold a mini disco for children, and everyone is eager to dance. After the mini disco, there's usually some kind of show for adults, too. They invite various creative groups. It was interesting. A big plus of the hotel is that it's close to the sea; you don't have to walk far. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach, and they're shaded. The hotel has cats, which are not a problem at all, and the kids love playing with them. The hotel grounds are very green. There's a lawn where you can lie in the shade, and there are a couple of hammocks. There's beach volleyball and all sorts of games, darts, table tennis, and more. Overall, I liked it. At that time, there were a lot of retirees from Europe, so the hotel was quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a great family vacation. The hotel manager is also great; he's always up to date with everything going on and actively participates in the life of the hotel. He always asks guests how they're doing and if they need anything. Overall, he's a great guy.

We stayed from May 18th to May 28th, 2022. The hotel is good. 4.5-5 stars is pretty decent. I especially liked the children's entertainment. That's definitely a 5-star rating. They really took care of the kids. They entertained them, organized theme days (cookie day, pizza day, Olympic day, Indian day, etc.), and the kids loved it. The food was delicious. Lots of greens, vegetables, snacks, always some kind of meat and fish, flatbreads, buns, and various sweets. Fruit included apples, pears, grapefruit, and local fruits. Somewhere around the middle of the vacation, maybe a little later, watermelon appeared. We only had strawberries once. Ice cream was available in waffle cones and in different varieties. The kids had plenty to eat. Even a three-year-old found something to eat. Soups were also available. There's a bar by the sea where you can have lunch from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM. There's a coffee shop by one of the pools, so you can get coffee, tea, lattes, and more anytime. We had a rooftop room and it was quite large. Cleaning was done daily. The minibar was replenished daily. The safe was free. The beach is rocky. It's not ideal for children, but not a big deal. Coral slides will do the trick. Children and adults had access to the sea from the beach via a specially paved path, and there was also a higher and lower pier. Sun loungers were always available. There are three water slides and two pools. Internet access in the rooms is available for a fee. Free internet was available at reception, on the beach, near the slides, and at the bar. Alcohol, both local and international, was available. Tips go a long way. There were also entertainments for adults: darts, gun shooting, volleyball, I don’t remember the name of the game with metal balls, water polo, gymnastics or yoga, aqua aerobics.

Booked here again for a break in Oct. Was not as busy as the summerlast year, which was nice. The evenings were cooler as well which I preferred. Elena and her team welcome our son (Charlie) with open arms when we arrived. Was lovely to see they remembered him and gave him such a warm welcoming. We have already booked to come back in July 2026. The kids club is simply outstanding and the reason we return here again and again. Lovely place.

I really enjoyed my stay at Queen’s Park Le Jardin! The hotel’s beachfront location and beautiful garden area create the perfect holiday atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. I loved the daily activities - from boccia and darts to volleyball - and especially the mix of yoga and pilates sessions, as well as the lively Zumba classes, which added a great balance of relaxation and fun. The nearby town is small and quiet, but the mountain views are absolutely breathtaking. The rooms could be a bit cleaner, and the noise from the neighboring hotel was sometimes annoying, but overall it was a relaxing stay. A special thanks to Lizaveta, who led the Zumba and yoga classes. Watching her teach was such a joy - her positive energy and enthusiasm are contagious. You can really see how much she loves her job, and her lively presence brought a lot of fun and good vibes to the hotel.

It was nice time in this hotel. Very friendly staff here. We were there many times for special entertainment team - Youci and Bisca. Perfect guys for kids!! Absolutely friendly, happy and nice 🎉🎉💯❤️

The hotel is wonderful for a family vacation. Everything is at a high level - the food, the cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the common areas. Excellently maintained and lots of green areas. There are plenty of sunbeds at the pool and the beach. There is always a place. Special congratulations to the animators and congratulations especially to the Zumba instructor Lisa, as well as to the two animators - Jusi and Biska! oeto obichate! Guys, thank you very much for the warm welcome, the friendly attitude and the fun throughout our stay. Keep creating, be more and more creative and never stop doing what you love! We enjoyed a unique fire show and a wonderful acrobatic performance! In your face we found not just entertainment, but true friends! We love you, be healthy and see you again!

Our family stayed in this hotel for about five days in May. Well, the hotel has a very calm atmosphere for the family. The hotel is completely flat and designed with minimal stairs, which is suitable for children and the elderly. The food was acceptable, the pool is very small and it is difficult to find a suitable place. The sea is not sandy, but it has a good area. Sometimes people's behavior was not very appropriate. This hotel is suitable for Russians and mostly everyone speaks Russian. The children's program was often performed in Russian, despite several warnings. The entertainment department seems to need improvement. The rooms were good.
