This hotel is the best example of excellent value for money. For a small fee, you get a beautiful, albeit small, but very cozy territory; clean, stylish, and renovated rooms; a beautiful beach and sea within a three-minute walk; and delicious home-cooked meals. But first things first.
The hotel's location is perfect: surrounded by beautiful hotels, within walking distance of the sea, and overlooking the stunning Çamyuva Mountains.
The territory is small, but very functional: the main building, a restaurant, a barbecue area, a swimming pool, a stage for animation, and a pool bar.
The rooms are very large, clean, and have been recently renovated. There is a large TV and good furniture. The only downside, which can be overlooked if you don't spend all day in your room, is that the windows face the neighboring hotel.
The food selection is extensive, with a variety of pastries, cakes, snacks, and salads. There are always delicious meatballs, meatloaf, fish, and roasted turkey. There are also plenty of vegetable dishes.
It is worth noting the incredibly hardworking staff. In the restaurant and bar, everything is done with lightning speed.
I especially remember the cheerful guy Murad, who greeted everyone with a friendly smile and was attentive and caring.
The beach and promenade are gorgeous, surrounded by greenery, and the water is crystal clear.
I definitely recommend this trip!
1) The paid Wi-Fi for 20 euros simply didn’t work anywhere except at the reception, and the administration didn’t respond to complaints.
2) The staff member worked on the beach doesn’t speak any languages (neither Russian nor English), is rude, shouts, and behaves in a very disrespectful manner.
I do not recommend this place.
Terrible Experience – This Place Shouldn’t Be Called a Hotel, Let Alone a 5-Star One
This hotel is absolutely awful and unfit for guests. It shouldn’t even be allowed to call itself a hotel, let alone claim to be a 5-star establishment. The bathrooms are dirty and full of mold, as clearly seen in the photos. The rooms smell strongly of dampness, and the overall service is terrible. No one speaks English – everyone speaks Russian, and the place is filled with drunk Russian tourists who drink excessively from morning till night. The food is disgusting, the kitchen is filthy and swarming with flies.
In short, we were counting down the days until we could leave. Avoid at all costs.
There were some unpleasant moment’s in a hotel:
1) We had a birthday girl in a group. Usually hotels in Turkey welcome their birthday guests with the cake or champagne. But the man on reception revise on his computer who had a b-day (girl from Ukraine) and canceled my question about this option.
The next day we were disappointed because we saw how two other guests got congratulation from the hotel. On of them was from russia!!!!
2. We was waiting for better service. We requested in reception extra toilet paper but they brought it in one day
3. Cleaning stuff took away armbands for swimming with the all garbage and we didn’t got it back.
We want to say « Thank you » for the pleasant girl from the kids animation and for the kitchen stuff.
