HOTEL CAMYUVA BEACH in Kemer

I had a great time at Çamyuva Beach Hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and very close to the beach. The food was tasty, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect for a relaxing vacation.

And a big shout-out to my friend Veli — he’s really awesome! Thanks for making the stay even better!

Service is very good, Ahmed (beach menager) is very kind and nice!! We have all that we need 👏. Hotel is also very comfortable and the pepole who works here are profesionals. Thank you for everything, we will se you all again 🏆🥃🍿🥗🫘🍩🍺🍷

I would like to thank Adele, the employee who checked us in on the first day, for her attentive attitude. All the requests written when booking on trip.com were taken into account.
The room had a view of the pool, I liked everything.

Thanks to all the restaurant staff, they try very hard, also to the maids on the 3rd floor and the animators.
The hotel is very comfortable. There is a bar and snacks on the beach and by the pool.

The following are some of the disadvantages: they only give one card per room, which is very inconvenient for two adults staying.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, the food quality could be a little better.

Our stay was great. The staff was awesome, especially the beach bar manager Ahmet Hakan who was helpful every time we went to the beach. We will definitely come back.

We had a really great vacation. The value for money was excellent! The location was very close to the beach, there were shopping opportunities right outside the door, bus stop and the hotel had a beach bar with cocktails, soft drinks, etc.
Cons:
-there wasn't a variety of fruits at the buffet.
-The music was blasting loud the whole day but if you don't care it's fine.

Anyway the service was outstanding. Tables were cleared very quickly and overall the service was great. The receptionist (English and Russian speaking) helped us with every question we had. Especially Barmen Ömer K. was very kind ☺️

I'll do a TL;DR right away:
Come for great service, good cleaning and a beach that is child friendly. Stay away if stable WiFi on the room and fine-grained beaches is a must.

We stayed 10 days at Camyuva beach hotel, me, my wife, our son that is 20 months old and my mother. We had all-inclusive.

As a traveller I am always looking for value for money.

ROOMS
Rooms are Okey, they show some signs of wear and tear but everything is functional. They come with a wardrobe that swallows all the clothing. Bathroom was clean and looked after but again, shows sign of wear and tear. Bed are a bit too hard for my liking. There is only an power outlet in one side of the bed.
When you pull the room card from the "power socket" it cuts all power in the room. It's a bit annoying that even the refrigerator gets cut, it would be nice to come back after s day at the beach to some cold drinks in the refrigerator.

CLEANING
Cleaning was exceptional. It always smelled great in the hallways and the rooms where cleaned meticulously. The cleaning staff should really be mentioned as big stars at this hotel.

FOOD
As I mentioned above, we had the all-inclusive alternative. Local alcohol is included from 10:00-22:00 which is more than enough for me. After a week you grow tired of some of the food. But a big up for all the salad and fruit options. And then somethin like 6 different dishes to choose from. Always some fish and some kind of pasta.
During dinner the chef always made something new on the grilll table. It could be chicken wings, steak, kebab etc. All in all, it was above okey. However, I saw that they had a sign stating that they are certified as a hotel serving quality controlled food according to an ISO-standard. I also noticed that they where given this approval in 2014 so its ten years ago. Food was fresh and we never became sick from it but I'm just stating what I see here.

POOL AREA
One larger pool that is connected with two different kinds of water slides. One smaller kids pool with a water slide and then another, smaller pool, for grownups. All in all a great place to spend your time with kids or for other people as well. Close to the pool bar that had popcorn which was great. Always easy to get a sunbed.

BEACH AREA
The beach is a bit stony so I recommend to wear some kind of bathing shoes. Otherwise perfect for children since the waves where small. Always easy to find a sunbed. Close to the hotel only a couple of minutes to walk.

BEACH BAR.
At the beach is a beach bar that serves snacks in between lunch and dinner and it saved us greatly when our son got hungry. Most of the things they served are deep fried but it does it job.

STAFF
Overall the staff where superb. I want to especially name and thank Mehmet and Veli that worked in the restaurant for their work and for making our holiday enjoyable! Also, I want to mentioned the lady at the beach bar that cooked all the food by herself, she did a great job!

When we checked in late at night we where offered some food and drinks even though the bar and kitchen was closed. Almost everyone was genuinely friendly.
However, a red flag is raised about the older man working at the beach bar. He is only interested in getting tip and is doing as much as he can to avoid doing work. I asked him for popcorn and he said he signed that he could bring me a big bowl of popcorn. I said i wanted normal size but he came with the bowl anyway. Then he kept asking for tip. When he put grapes in my mums wine he wanted a tip for that. To be honest, he should not be working at this hotel at all. He seems to be responsible for the beach bar but try to avoid him if possible.

WiFi
WiFi at the lobby was fast and never a problem. You can stream movies. WiFi at rooms are a joke. It doesn't work good at all. Sometimes you are able to scroll social media and sometimes you can't even connect. So this is not satisfying at all.

OTHER:
They do not seem to care nu h of being plastic free. They serve huge amounts of alcohol in plastic cups both at the pool area and at the beach. They use single

The hotel is nice and clean. Personnel is kind, they speak mainly Turkish and Russian, but you can make yourself understood (at reception or any manager can speak english).
Wheat I liked the best was the SPA, where I had medical massages with a very skilled therapist(with this I want to thank Burek for his efforts), I would never believe that a hotel can have so good therapists and I highly recommend to try it. Also the kitchen is amazing, with delicious specialities, you only need the good skills to choose what to eat (sometimes very difficult). At the beach fast food there is a lady preparing each day something simple but very delicious (salads with all sorts of herbs, nuggets, potatoes prepared as oriental salad, I don’t even remember all the goodies I’ve tased. We were there for 2 weeks but we were still surprised each day with something new (must try it).
At the beach, the water is clean, also the beach is maintained (water is warm that you can swim before the sun rise and watch the spectaculos colourful rising while swimming , also the mountain is visible from the water), but at noon the water sports activities are more intense, so the morning was the best time to spend on the beach (for us at least). The hotel is close to the beach, you need to walk ~5 min, there is a bit of a trafic (not in the morning). The toilets on the beach need improvement. The hotel rooms are not big but perfect for a couple, they are clean, all is functional , the inly minus was the AC directed towards the bed. This was the most decent hotel regarding the music (not too loud, also we could hear Turkish music) but the surrounding hotels were very noisy, even in the evening to go for a walk you had to pass between loud music.
