We just got back from there. A great four-star hotel. Great location, clean, great staff. A varied and delicious menu. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The only downside is the very loud entertainment in the evenings, until 11:00 PM. During the day, there's nothing but darts. There's no children's entertainment (only cartoons in the evenings). Otherwise, I highly recommend it! We'll be back. Our regulars come to this hotel 10-12 times. And that says a lot!

The food is excellent, there's a wide selection, the staff is wonderful, the sea is beautiful and there are sun loungers, there's space, but it's tight. I think it's summer and there's not enough for everyone. There's a bar by the sea, a hotel bar where you can grab a snack and some water. Alcohol is also available everywhere, I think. The wine tasted like vinegar for the first few days, but after about 5 days it was more or less alright. Apparently, a new batch of bottles. About the room. We were initially put in room 409. It seemed like a room for those who had misbehaved. It's in the corner under the roof, there's no balcony, more like a loophole, so it's unlikely to fit more than one person, and the barrier is high, so if you sit down, you won't see anything but the sky. The bathroom is absolutely tiny. My husband, who's 186 cm tall, kept bumping into all the corners. We asked to be moved to a normal room the next day. They told us to come back the next day. We ended up with room 403, with a view of Tahtali, and naturally without the evening entertainment, which we could hear in room 409 because it overlooked the pool. We really liked the new room! Just like the photo. They clean it every day, the air conditioning works well, and there's hot water.

Excellent 4-star hotel, clean and tidy, attentive staff, varied food, in addition to three meals a day there are snacks (Turkish pizza, cookies), and they also treat you to ice cream in a box every day. The territory is modest, green, there are enough sun loungers, there are 3 swimming pools, the main one is 140 deep, with slides 120, the water in it is cooler, and a children's 35 cm. There were no problems with sun loungers. Every day there is an entertainment program, but I did not go to them because I was with a child. Within walking distance there are shops: food, souvenirs, clothes, bags, pharmacies. The sea is 5 minutes away, there is a bar with drinks and snacks for free. There is Wi-Fi everywhere on the territory, in the rooms too, while we were on the beach we promised to fix it, but they did not have time before our departure), but this did not really upset us) what was surprising was that No mosquitoes at all, the sea is crystal clear. We stayed in room 102, with a gorgeous view of the mountains from the window. The air conditioning works perfectly, but you can't turn it on with the balcony door open. All the nearby shops are open every day, and there's a huge playground near the beach. Another situation happened: at breakfast, I forgot a baby spoon in the cutlery packaging. I had no hope of finding it, so I came for lunch and decided to ask the staff. A young man came to my aid and was able to correctly express my thoughts in Turkish, and in a minute I had the spoon.))) This is my third vacation spent in this hotel, the first one was in 2021 second 2022 and in this year and I must say that hotel atmosphere, food and service changed a lot from previous years. If you are not Polish or Russian, don't go to this hotel, because entarteinment is especially made for them, most of songs in the evening are on polish or russian language, and also karaoke(drunk polish are loudly singing in the night). Every morning is the same breakfast, I ate eggs in various ways(pastries are not fresh), during the lunch and dinner a lot of vegetables are missing as side dish. The manager of restaurant offer to the three of us a very small table for dinner(it was a big crowd of people in restaurant that night), but we refuse to set at this table. After that night we have noticed that he didnt want to say hello to us, and he was pretending that he doesn't see us. I think that it was unproffesional behaviour, since he was very polite to polish people of course. Launch packet which was made for us while we are leaving hotel was also dissaster, only bread and ham which was out of date. I will never go to this hotel again, neither recommend it to my friends.

It is the perfect hotel to enjoy your vacation. All the staff members did their best to meet our expectations.Always smiling and helpful. The rooms are comfortable,cleaned daily,the air conditioning works well.There is a great variety of food,desserts and drinks.The beach is five minutes walk from the hotel,plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas,the beach bar is nearby where they serve cool drinks and late breakfast too.Beer and juice are of good quality.Everything is very clean and they good care to make the tourist feel like home.Special mention for the receptionist Jabar and the waiter Bedirhan who helped us a lot. We will certainly come back to this hotel.Thank you everybody for your effort. The only minus is the animation meant only for kids( exception was the Turkish night ) and the music which was too loud. But this not prevent me from giving 5 stars.

I am reading these reviews and it feels like we weren't at the same hotel. Our flight got delayed and we arrived late, they said there is late dinner available, meaning cheese and old bread. But the real problem was our room, it was old, filthy and the biggest shock is when I opened the closet door and there was a big spot of mold, smell was unbearable!!! We asked for another room but nothing was available, they say to come back again in the morning. The reception staff were very unfriendly. Tomorrow we got another room which was not great but comparing to the one before, it was good. Air condition was barely working, balcony wall was very high and balcony was thight, wifi barely working. Hated everything about this hotel. Only giving it a two star because of the beautiful beach and friendly staff in the kitchen. Everything else is minuse one! Do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Wow! This hotel exceeded my expectations. All the reviews were true - the staff here are so professional and amazing. They work so hard and always smile. A beautiful team and we didn't want to leave. A Good 4 ⭐️ location and close to everything. The food was nice and drinks were OK. We would love to come back. A great housekeeping team too and polite managers who will help you with everything. All around happy with how we have spent our small vacay here.
