The chefs were very kind though. By the pool, you can always find a spot, and the beach is beautiful. Every evening they organized shows — some were interesting, some not, but that’s normal

It was shocking to see such behavior being welcomed at a resort, but apparently, as the saying goes, 💸 money doesn’t smell. For context, our family has stayed multiple times at Ela Quality Resort (four times!) and Rixos

One of the highlights of the stay was the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to entertainmentteam they made each day fin and engaging without being intrusive

Until management rethinks its target audience and enforces rules for a respectful, international environment, I cannot recommend this hotel to families or anyone seeking peace

It honestly felt like the hotel caters almost exclusively to Russian guests: entertainment, announcements, even music and activities were all tailored to them

There were Russian guests there too, but never overwhelmingly so — the atmosphere was still balanced, international, and much more respectful

The staff is polite, friendly, and professional. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. Most of the guests spoke Russian, but there were also many people from Europe, the US, and the Middle East

Amazing place, clean, quality services and food. Especially i would like to mention staff, Mehmet Saim Kokdil - professional and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. It's appreciated 👏

We really loved our experience staying in a villa here! The most relaxing holiday we have ever had! So many positives: great service, helpful staff, gorgeous premium fresh food everywhere (we didn’t however use the main buffet restaurant except occasionally for our kids), beautiful villa with a large private warm pool and private garden area, private beach pavilion, excellent butler service both...

One downside was that the pool in the Jasmine area wasn't heated. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s zoo and how well the animals were cared for. It was clear they are looked after with attention and respect

The beach cleaning could be better but generally the beach is great. A cracked tile in the garden area should be fixed for safety (I did not report this while staying though)

We stayed in the Jasmine room with direct pool access during our family holiday at Bellis Deluxe and we couldn’t be more delighted with our experience! The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful—whether at check-in, in the restaurant or by the poolside

Wonderful all-inclusive family resort on a private Beach in Antalya, Türkiye. The food was good, drinks were good, amenities and beach, great

Our family had the best vacation at Belconti! The pools are fantastic, the food was delicious with so many options, and the kids absolutely loved the mini club and evening shows. Everything was clean and well-organized

Beach is close but if your here with more people it can be problem because our apartments were pretty far away from eachother

Another issue was smoking and vaping — both guests and staff were doing this around the children’s pool and bowling area. Designated smoking zones would make a big difference here

This is my second day here and I couldn’t bet more impressed! The place is immaculate, the staff amazing, the service is second to none

There were lots of great facilities, food was decent but due to being out of season quite a few outlets and activities were not open which was a shame. But hope to come back in the summer to experience the whole resort

In addition, there were no lifeguards present at the pools, and no wristbands or visible security measures in place, which felt concerning

Food and drink are exceptional, the buffet is incredible, it’s impossible to not find something you’d like! Tables are cleared and cleaned quickly, drinks service is prompt and the overall cleanliness is admirable! I have 5 days left, I will report further and answer any questions raised! Come to the titanic, it’s by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey

Rooms were clean, tidy and a good size with a really nice shower in the bathroom, balcony was good too. We did a package holiday through Jet2 and was very good value for money on what was included within the resort

We were traveling with a newborn, who had trouble falling asleep — and so did I. It is incomprehensible that beach towels must be taken from the rooms; they are not available on the beach. The pool water is not heated

The temperature displayed on the board does not reflect reality — it showed 26°C, but in fact it was 21°C. The water is too cold for children; the sea was warmer — about 25–26°C

The restaurant staff at lunch and dinner are only concerned with clearing tables; during the entire stay, we were asked only once if we wanted something to drink. The drinks (cocktails) are of good quality

A major negative point is the parties held at the hotel until 11:30 p. The rooms are not soundproofed, the windows and entrance doors are not sealed, which makes it impossible to sleep before 11:30 p

There is no ventilation in the bathrooms or rooms, and there is a noticeable sewage smell. The entrance doors are not airtight — there are literally holes in them. Room cleaning is at a very good level

The food, however, is very poor. There is a lot of it, but everything tastes the same and lacks flavor. On the positive side, we had no stomach problems during our stay

The hotel overall is brilliant, with a variety of different pools, bars and restaurants. All the staff at the hotel are amazing, friendly and attentive

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every member of staff was welcoming, accommodating, and professional. Checkout was completely stress-free, and as part of our package we received the VIP airport experience

We came to Cullinan Belek for our honeymoon and cannot recommend it enough! We were blown away when we arrived to honeymoon decorations and treats in our room as well as a surprise towards the end of our stay

The Concierge WhatsApp service allowed us to contact our assistant at any time of day. They went above and beyond to help with any request and were always friendly, efficient, and eager to assist

During our stay, we experienced a slight issue with noise from nearby building works. The hotel immediately offered us another room, although it wasn’t quite suitable for us

I booked a two-day hotel stay through Trip. com to rest after hiking the Lycian Way

Amazing place! Beautiful 360 degree views, great facilities, a lot of pools, aqua park, beach, entertainment, delicious food, great drinks and cocktails and last but not least - very kind personnel with great hospitality and service

There are many restaurants where you can grab a bite throughout the day (including on the beach, and with cocktails), plus one large and main restaurant - they serve delicious lunches and dinners

Everything was amazing! The view from the mountain was really beautyfull and the shows were really good. The staff was really kind they said hello everytime and we had a good laugh at the chickens roaming the hotel

Entertainment was good but repetitive - there were lots of dance acts doing slightly different versions of dance/acrobatics each day - this could be varied in the future to include other acts

The location of the hotel gives amazing views, but it is isolated from the rest of Alanya. There are no amenities nearby and the hotel does not offer a shuttle to the city

Rooms were a standard size with a great view - we upgraded to stay in the hotel. If you stay in the apartments you do not get much of a view as it's in a forest

Hotel was excellent overall with perfectly manicured grounds and a huge multi area pool offering several options to enjoy the day. Started in Coconut suite which was wonderful and spacious

Imprisoned mainly for holidays with children. Food, entertainment, beach and sunset in the sea are simply gorgeous. Focused mainly on Europeans (90% of tourists), well, respectively, and the service corresponds

Rooms are decent, hotel is nice. It felt like false advertising because lots of services were either unavailable because off season even though major highlight on their website or a lot of extra charges

Due to our room type, it meant that we were unable to get a full sea view but I requested via email beforehand to have some sort of view, and we were granted a side sea view where you could also see the pool clearly

Not really big breakfast eaters but for what we usually eat it was plentiful, cereals, yoghurts, toast, pancakes, doughnuts, even onion rings! For lunch, we never went to the main restaurant because the pool bar had everything we needed

Fantastic hotel perfect for families, food was brilliant all week, on arrival I asked about price of room upgrade and the brilliant reception staff and manager offered this free of charge! Ignore the negatives, yes there aren’t many English families here but everyone is friendly, great location also will book again!

We had a rest on our own! We booked the first days in one room in the club sector! The second part of the rest and accommodation in the main building! Everything is great!  Bars, cocktails, coffee, sea, concerts!!  We really liked it!

The service staff is excellent. The rooms are very clean and cozy. There are always crisp white towels, robes, and bed linens. The fridge-bar is restocked daily. And what beautiful paths lead to the beach

Playing boccia on the beach and joining the different sports like Pilates or aqua aerobic throughout the day brought so much joy and energy to our vacation

A special mention goes to Katrina in Guest Relations she was absolutely amazing! We had a few issues on the first day, but she took care of everything promptly and professionally, making sure our stay was nothing short of perfect

A heartfelt thank you to Almina and Alissa from the animation team. Their incredible entertainment skills and vibrant spirit made our holiday even more enjoyable. We look forward to coming back to Club Hotel Sera

The hotel beach is beyond praise: spacious, well-kept, with a convenient entrance to the sea and always free sunbeds. You could swim and enjoy the sea endlessly

September is the perfect time for rest - soft, comfortable sun, warm and crystal clear sea, no hustle and bustle and crowded beaches

The hotel staff deserves special admiration - incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. There is a sincere desire to make the rest of each guest perfect

The room and the bathroom are quite spacious, there were various shows each evening even ones for kids, and also there was a kids playground that had a lot of games, the food was very good and the pools were quite clean and very hot, though the kids pool was under a big tree and it was colder

the outside and inside pools are heated and warm the only one that isnt is the adults only poor above the main pool

The beach is not crowded, there are always sunbeds available, there are no questions about food at all - a wide variety and around the clock, entertainment is also good. In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression

As ive never traveled to Turkey i was about warey as i didnt really know what to expect but overral it was an Amazing hotel, its very clean and an elegant vibe

Was a bit sceptical as Turkish 5* is usually not really true 5* We arrived late- it’s a good hr from Antalya airport We were greeted by a grumpy receptionist call ‘Sa-fit ’ he was fairly obstructive and unhelpful- everything is too much for him Not letting him dampen our holiday spirit: We were surprised to find the bar & restaurant open 24hrs- children were so happy to see the snow-white restaurant...

Checking in your greeted at the reception they hold your luggage for you and take you up to your room in the elevator that is really fast. Rooms are clean, the entertainment is good bowling spa, pools indoor and outside

because weather was a bit cool, we didn’t feel like going to the sea. There is a shuttle service for guests who want to go. I would like to thank the guest relations team for staying in touch and for all their help

I would like to sincerely thank the medical staff and, most of all, the tourists who rushed to help me — a kind nurse who managed to stop the bleeding and to calm me down, and a gentleman who helped clean the blood off me so that my daughter wouldn’t see me in that condition

The first impression is great! Everything is great, the grounds are huge, many pools, near the sea, the sand is fine, the entrance to the sea is suitable even for babies

Caution regarding the green slide!!!! Its circumference is quite narrow, and a taller child or an adult can easily hit their head right after the steep slope ends

The nature, architecture and decor are absolutely amazing! I stayed for 8 days and still didn't have enough time to explore the entire resort and activities. The animation team is pretty great

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful; they clearly love their jobs. All the food we ate was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. Kudos to all the chefs! Every area is spotless

Since it was March, we did not use the sea and pool, but they had very large and beautiful pools. The sea and pier also looked beautiful

I really liked it. It was clean and tidy, the food was delicious, the hotel had many activities, and a private beach.

We wanted to explore the Old Town and do some shopping, it is excpetionally difficult to get a taxi it seems the hotel has an agreement with a certain bunch of taxis which are ridiculously priced €75 for a round trip so it gets a bit expensive if you want to leave the hotel

The food is very diverse and very delicious. All the restaurants in the hotel are of high-level restaurant quality. It is very clear that they use the best of every product without compromising on quality in food

Even a Black Label is included in the all-inclusive package. It's a shame I can't drink alcohol. The pontoon overlooking the sea and the beach areas are also very pleasant

The rooms are very comfortable, the bedding is high-quality, and the side sea view from our 4th-floor room was very pleasant. For around €250/night, or €125 per person all-inclusive, it's really good value for money

Amenities-wise, the lounge chairs around the pool are great, and the waitresses on roller skates who bring the drinks add a unique and friendly touch. To order, you scan a QR code and place the drinks in the basket

On the other hand, we were a little disappointed by the food: several restaurants were closed, and only the Italian restaurant (reservations required) was open—full throughout our stay, so we couldn't enjoy it

The self-service canteen remained, decent but nothing special. The same goes for the sports bar, which was also closed. The gym could use some maintenance; several machines were out of order

The games room/bowling alley gave off a very strong musty odor, making the place impractical and unwelcome, and there are clearly repairs to be done in some areas
