Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family. Our baby (1,5 y) got the sweetest kind of attention and care at the Kidsclub. The good comment first: the staff had five star level. But otherwise the hotel is not at this level. Food was more than enough but the quality and diversity just so so. Air condition too noisy and too weak, not enough beach chairs already at 10am, the gym needs renewal. To be fair: the hotel room rates in September were attractive but the five star hotel rating is misleading.
