We stayed at the hotel for 26 days. We checked into our room. It was dirty. We had to clean up the poop on the balcony ourselves. The light in the bathroom was like being in a crypt (an electrician came and installed a second light bulb). The laundry service ruined our things, charged us 135 lira, and we argued for five days before we gave it to them. The food was delicious. We left. The cooks were good. I didn't take any photos. It's also a 20-minute walk to the beach. There's a shuttle to beach 15.

A great hotel at a reasonable price. We stayed with a group of 20, and everyone loved it. The staff was knowledgeable and the chef genuinely wanted to feed everyone. We definitely recommend it!

My name is Mohammad Reza. me and my g.f booked this hotel based on internet reviews for 5 nights. at the first i have to say rooms are clean and service is good. staff are friendly and polite. pool and area is a little small but for us was ok. reservation was helpful and polit. Unfortunately, after two nights we found out that my g.f father is dead so we had to check out and go home.it was the worst news we could have in a holiday .!!!. i told Mr. Said ( reservation manager ) about the matter. he was upset. although he could get for 5 nights bc room was non refundable but i paid only for 2 nights. thanks so much to Mr. said. ok now i want tell you sweet news. the best section in this hotel is the meals. i like to travel so i saw many 4 and 5 stars hotel before. i am sure you have not tested before these taste. i do not lie if i say The food tasted like heaven . Congratulations to the chef. He was very kind and lovely. When he was sure that all the guests had eaten, he would eat himself. i respect him and i like to call him "King of chefs". this hotel is the one which i recommend you and i am sure i will come back again with a good memory ...

We booked this hotel ourself based on internet reviews and we were not disappointed. The hotel is located at a more quiet part of Alanya not next to busy roads like most other hotels. The hotel is nice clean, the staff is very friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. We booked all inclusive and the food was really amazing! The hotel offers also free transfers to and from the private beach that belongs to the hotel (Cleopatra beach nr6), you have a sunbed with matrass and parasol included and in your hotel room you'll also find XXL beach towels, what more can you wish for. There is also a Turkish bath and massage salon. We booked 4 massages for each of the 3 of us with Akin. Abdil Took care of me and my son Sam and he's is very good and very fast finds were you need the massage the most. I felt like new after 4 days under his skilful hands. My wife had massages from Kemalen and she felt like reborn as well after the professional treatments. All in all we liked it very much and would love to come again. Very good value for money. Food was so tasty and lots of varieties. Also Turkish pizza is available during the day. The location was good for us. We loved to walk to the beach ( minutes 10), to the city or to the mountains. The room was cleaned every day and all personnel were kind and helpful. We had the highest floor suite and balcony to the mountains. So beautiful to watch the sunset of mountains.

The staff were lovely, all of them, from the bartenders to the head chef. The food was amazing, different selection and varieties to choose from, good 20 minute walk from the beach, you get to decide to sit on the lounge or on the beach. The sun was out, lovely souvenir shops close by, the hotel room was simple and cute, had a nice view of the hill especially at night. All the staff always had a smile on their face which for one thing I wouldn't be able to pull off. There was fresh pide served straight from the pizza oven on one of the days and so much fresh salad to choose from. I was disheartened when reading the negative reviews, I would suggest that they should book a five star hotel instead with luxurious amenities though.

We visited Turkey for the first time and we are absolutely delighted! The food at the hotel is delicious, and there is a wonderful chef who comes out to speak with the guests, gives advice on what to eat and how to combine dishes, and speak about the food – such a lovely touch. The staff is very friendly, and the reception team is helpful. There's also a lovely lady near the reception who offers support, gives advice, and regularly checks on how the guests are feeling. Unfortunately, we don’t remember her name, but we’re very grateful for her care. The bartenders are, of course, fantastic – cheerful and fun. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely return to this hotel!

Dear hotel owner!! Pay attention to the hotel security, which insults and unties the hands of respected and influential people without good reason, I hope that your cameras, which work correctly, will be visible and understandable!! ! Change the staff at the reception - no one smiles or speaks in a normal language!!!!
