We stayed here on an all-inclusive package for 720 EUR per person; the rooms were simple, but a huge advantage was the quite comfortable pool. There are several bars throughout the property, some offering only liquor options, others serving just beer and wine.

The food for breakfast and lunch was almost always the same, but thankfully the selection was large enough. However, dinner was a pleasure every evening with nice, themed delicacies. The local alcohol is made out of weakened spirits, so be cautious with the quantity while using it!

A major plus is that the sea is incredibly close, literally only a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel.

The animation programs were a bit simple, even though the animators tried hard; as were the evening shows. The shows felt like traditional school performances: while the dance groups clearly put a lot of effort into their movements, they were lacking basic lighting work and perhaps different music.

Overall, my impressions were moderate, as I remember many positives, such as the snack bar with Turkish fast food and the ability to grab draft beer and relax in the room watching basketball.

My parents spent there amazing 7 days. The hotel is full of culture, nice people and hard working staff. Please be respectful to their habits, make sure you add a little more hygienic habits to your routine (especially on public places like pool) and always smile

The sea is rocky, difficult to get in, and dirty. The sunbeds are not enough for the capacity of the hotel and we had to send someone early in the morning to "book" some otherwise you remain without. Early I mean 6.30-7. Almost noone speaks English, if you don't speak Russian you are in trouble. The room was small, dirty and above the restaurant so that means that the balcony was out not usable due to the constant odour of fried food. The corridor that led to the room was never cleaned at least in the week we were there. The room was cleaned only once and the towels were changed once for 7 days. You can take towels for the sunbeds, but only from 8.00 in the morning and you have to return them until 18.30. If you want to stay longer at the beach you have to take them with you, but when I tried to have them changed at noon they said it's not possible and I had to wait until 18.30 even though we have been using them for several days already. Alcohol is awful. Entertainment I think is only for little kids. The food is ok, very repetitive, but was tasty most of the times. We saw a big cockroach in the main restaurant. A lot of people got stomach flu or something with vomiting and fever, including my mother - it was difficult to understand each other with the insurance because they speak only Russian, so we had to pay at the clinic 350 euro as she needed some medical attention. Staff wasn't very friendly and attentive and usually there were taking the plate without asking if you are finished, and several times they took it even while we were still eating from it. The summary is holiday ruined, and we would never go back to this region for sure.

Food is awful, everyone is throwing up and the services are horrible, the cards of the room don't work, the elevators are slow, there are no cocktails at the bar and it is supposed to be an ultra all inclusie package. I strongly don't recommend going here, trust.

The food is amazing! They have a nice and big pool, the staff from the restaurant are really good organized and cleaning fast! The entertainment team is really friendly and they make nice activities, I liked Alina’s jumping session a lot, Ilhan’s energy for the aqua gym, they also have volleyball, morning yoga, Boccia. Recommend it fully if you want to have a vacation with lots of stuff to do!

Still here, but it’s good that leaving soon. Food is bad, same every day. Broken dishes, unclean dishes, broken equipment. No lifeguard at the pool. Some drunk minors making pranks on guests, reception not interested, they rather talk (all 4) with one customer. Some stuff is unfriendly. Gazleme works as they like, shutting down earlier, rather talking than cooking. Priority is not by the line.

Animation will call your team Alkash (drunks) or Kolhoz (rednecks) or Vodka/Whiskey for teams with kids. Active - yes, normal - not.

And most important, it’s not 5 stars. And not UAI. Just average 4 with AI. A lot of fake reviews as I suppose.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It's not too big, which makes it feel cozy and comfortable – just the right size. Everything you need is close by, so you don’t have to walk far to get to the pool, restaurant, or the beach. The food was really good. The rooms were cleaned regularly and always looked fresh. Our kids loved the kids’ club – there were lots of fun activities to keep them entertained. The evening shows were also a great way to end the day – fun, lively, and something different each night. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would happily come back!

The worst hotel ever! At the first day we haven't got our room. The second day we were robbed by room cleaner. She broken my locker and stole 200 euros. On day 4 we all family and friends - total 8 people, were felt very sick after we ate some hotel food. The all hotel team seemed to be not very happy, their behaviour was upsetting us. Also to find a space to lay down by the swimming pool is mission impossible. Form 7am all already taken, towels was left on the sunbeds. Therefore the city not so nice. Very poor environment and nothing to see there. Also at the hotel they not making any cocktails. Internet not working until you pay for it. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Please take my experience seriously and don't go there.

I didn’t believe the reviews but out of our group of 7 people 5 got food poisoning. One threw up all night and had to spend an entire day in bed after. I noticed the same food being served days in a row and some of the foods were clearly altered. I saw other people throwing up around the hotel and heard of people that ended up in the hospital after coming to this resort. The comments about the staff not knowing english are true as well. Barely anyone speaks english and they don’t even clean the room unless you tip them.
