A small hotel on the beach. Great beach with shallow waters and great food. Recommend for a relaxing family holiday.
Built: 1966
Renovated: 2009
Location: 108 km from Antalya airport, 22 km from Alanya, near the village of Avsallar, on the coast.
Consists of one main 6-storey building, two 3-storey blocks of nine one-storey Annex and cottages (all rooms with sea view).
Total area: 4500 m2.
Only 168 rooms.
Beach: own sandy. The length of the beach is 110 m. Beach towels: for a fee. Pool and beach: umbrellas, chairs, mattresses – free.
The hotel works on system "all inclusive". Breakfast (07:00-10:00), late Breakfast(10:00-10:030), lunch(12:30-14:00) dinner(19:30-21:30), snacks during the day (10:00-24:00) ) ice cream (12:30-21:30)-free. Local alcoholic drinks, soft drinks,tea and coffee - free of charge.
On the hotel territory: restaurants: 1 (main diet), meeting rooms: 1 (40 people), the doctor's office (1 hour per day), a la carte restaurants: 2 (Ottoman and fish, by appointment – free), the Internet cafe chargeable, dry cleaning, Laundry, hairdresser, shops, Spa, bars: 3, 1 pools, free wifi (throughout the hotel)

We spent 8 nights at this hotel on an all-inclusive package and was very satisfied with the experience. Visiting in the off-season provided a quiet atmosphere while still offering good weather. Staff were consistently professional, check-in was efficient, and service throughout the stay was reliable. Meals offered a broad selection, with fresh options at each service. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and the property overall was kept in good condition. For anyone seeking a calm, straightforward all-inclusive stay without crowds, this hotel is a strong choice.

Had a fantastic 2 weeks holiday here Staff give a superb service everything kept to a high standard. Room had a great view of beach and coast line. Enjoyed every meal and good quality drinks, had even Guinness on draft!. A beach burger bar was much enjoyed Would stay again Good value

We had amazing time at Yalihan Una. The room was very spacious, clean, it had all it needed, including beautiful sea and swimming pool views. Swimming pool and beach were lovely, and as we visited early/mid October, there were always some sunbeds available. Food was good, and apart from the main meals, there were burgers and pizza available from the bars throughout the day (including veggie options!). Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel even has a little gym room available. The guests in the hotel were mostly German, which we didn't expect, but this turned out to be great, as they are such quiet and nice people! There is also a lovely local cat visitor 🐈. We will definitely be back.

We recently stayed at Yalihan Una and had an absolutely wonderful experience as a young couple traveling with our infant. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect balance of comfort and luxury for our family. The proximity to the beach was a major highlight; it was just a short, pleasant walk away, making it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand at any time from our beach front room.
The staff at Una were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. Their helpfulness made our stay seamless and stress-free, particularly when it came to accommodating the needs of our little one. The hotel's kid-friendly amenities and thoughtful touches, such as high chairs and cribs, were greatly appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Very good quality room materials, but you can hear every step and voice and cars noise out side.
Beach is sandi, but in the see botom fully petone and tile pieces. You may breik your legs.

My husband as I stayed at yalihan Una for 10 days. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and lovely staff. We found though that it was predominantly German oriented, so getting a sun bed at the pool was difficult unless you got up at 5am in the morning! Even on the beach when busy a couple thought it was ok to have 4 beds even when they only need two, and could clearly see that people were looking for beds on the beach! We found there was so many rude people…. Walking in front of you at bar in restaurants etc,definitely not a hotel for the British!

Location is amazing. Food not bad,but mostly hot food was cold. Room which has been offered was still in progress to finish. Wall half painted. Loud sound in night from some pomp or air-condition from other room or building. 98% quests was German.. Feel like be in holiday in German hot city. Stuff speak German,very likely English. Always welcome and talk to us in German. Some stuff was try best to communicate. If u tip on begging any stuff they will care of you if not they just go around quest who give tip. Even on dinner in all inclusive hotel they ask us if have change,cos they have some tip from German and don't have couns/change.. Was twisted my ankle first when arrive ,cos stairs was dark and dont see last step. Stuff never ask how I feel. With walking difficult no one ask to help with bring at least glass water. Best part was with Elis guy from shisha he speak English and make great service..Cleaner aswell was OK. For Location will back again but will certain with choice hotel which is friendly for all nationality. I am Polish my boyfriend English a d both was feel not comfortable in this hotel who all speak German. 10min away is good size market they is amazing food and you can speak English. Which last 2 days we spend there ;). Aswell one day was big rain and corridor to my room was full with water. Water go by walls aswell. No yellow or any sign to inform you that walk there is danger. Forgot aswell to say that we get offer for free dinner at one of them restaurant a'la carte. When we arrive 7pm table was made lovely and was on table bottle of wine. Was in room about 20 quests. When asked for different wine waiter say that all wine is €10 then if I wish they bring otherwise give wine from normal all inclusive restaurant. Hmm is not about price is about how u can put wine on table then take it ;). Anyway we have some bread with cheese and then we choice like everybody 2 dips,but was no bread for that. Then just ate Houmous with spoon byself. Till 8:45pm we don't have serve yet starters. From 7pm. We was a bit disappointed and hungry and in last minute left this restaurant to go eat nice meal in all inclusive restaurant downstairs. Think if we stay mine dish we get after 9pm which will be 2hrs from whe we in to this restaurant.

Loads of seats at the beach, and great service from several bars if you need some beverage, ice cream or food. Sometimes the bartenders even come to the beach and hand out melons or something similar which is nice to have in the heat.
All in all an amazing experience! I would however note that it might not be the best hotel for kids as there arent many activities for them. Especially for kids between 4 and 12 whom have a lot of energy and will to do stuff... For everyone else its simply amazing in my opinion!

Food mostly good, good view from balcony, clean, good soap, silent aircon and aircon location is correct that it’s not blow into bed or just upper bed
They stole my heart when they change my pillow after complain that I’m not comfortable with sleeping, for info in brochure 4 types of pillows for guest
