Riva Delta Hotels in Okurcalar

These were some of the worst holidays of our lives. The hotel does not match its star rating or the photos shown online. When we arrived, we were met with dirt and mess — the rooms were unclean, the floors hadn’t been washed, there was dust on the furniture, mold in the bathroom, and even the bedding and curtains looked dirty. We were shown several rooms to choose from, but even the “best” one was in terrible condition.

The food was a complete disaster. Every day was the same, the selection was very limited, and the quality was poor. Some dishes were cold or even seemed spoiled, the fruit was not fresh, and the drinks were watered down juices and weak cocktails. Plates were often dirty, and the cutlery was sticky. After a few days, we didn’t even want to go to the restaurant anymore.

The staff were also not helpful at all — they reacted very slowly to complaints or simply ignored them. No one seemed to care about the guests’ problems. The pools and surroundings were dirty too, poorly maintained, and the sunbeds were old and broken.

This hotel is absolutely not worth its rating. We regret the money we spent and the ruined vacation. I definitely do not recommend Perre Delta Hotel Resort & Spa to anyone who expects even a minimum level of comfort, cleanliness, or decent service.

this hotel does not even deserve a star for me. unclean rooms. very bad food always the same things and no seafood. stomach ache from the food. bad smell in the hotel lobby and until you go down to leave. unclean pool. very bad sunbeds in the sea and in the pool. broken chairs. old tables. torn curtains. extremely rude staff. did not speak a word of English. 14 year old child on staff. bathrooms inside and outside were a horror of smell and dirty. this hotel was a horror for me. And no air condicioned in hotel lobby. do not try it anyone. the hotel had no investment and was very old.

The biggest “do not recommend” for this hotel! Starting from the moment we arrived and experienced the communication culture from the receptionists – they asked us to wait 2 hours until a room would be ready. After coming back in 2 hours, they said the room was still not prepared. We waited another 4 hours, and after those 4 hours they still told us to wait. Only after we started speaking more harshly, pointing out that their service was nowhere near worthy of 5 stars, did a room suddenly appear within a minute.
The room was a disaster – from the smell to the cleanliness. The cleaners didn’t actually clean anything, didn’t change the bedding or towels, the only thing they seemed to manage was to straighten the bed cover 👏🤦.
The kitchen hygiene and food were an even bigger disaster. When you come to eat, you have to carefully pick a plate because half of them look unwashed, still with food residue. The menu is so limited that there’s nothing to choose from – it’s the same food over and over again. The smell is also very unpleasant, which really kills your appetite. And by the way, it’s very uncomfortable to eat when the staff stand in front of your table watching you.
After all these negative points, I’d love to mention at least one positive… but there simply aren’t any 😊 Don’t ruin your vacation – choose your hotel wisely!

In my opinion, this hotel doesn’t deserve even a single star. Apart from the outside appearance, nothing else was acceptable. The conditions were so bad that the Turkish police had to intervene so we could change our rooms due to mold.

After changing rooms, my family and I, including my younger brother, had to wait standing because the new room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Even though the room was slightly better, the conditions inside were still very poor.

The restaurant had plenty of food, but nothing related to seafood, and every day it was the same boring food. The chairs in the dining area were uncomfortable and felt like you were sinking into them.

The ice cream was only available once a day at 1:30 PM, and even that wasn’t served consistently. I was with my family, and everything would shut down by midnight. There were no snacks like chips, nuts, or anything to accompany the alcoholic drinks — not even ice.

The snack bar had a limited schedule, even though it was supposed to be open 24 hours a day. The pizzas were also only available at specific times, and there were extremely long queues for every meal, including pizza, ice cream, and the snack bar.

They even turned off the drink machines, and everything seemed limited, despite us paying for Ultra All Inclusive. There was no internet in the rooms, only at the reception area.

My family and I are very disappointed. For the amount we paid, it was not worth it at all, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed in this hotel on 09/08/2022.
Maybe a few years ago it deserved 5 stars, but today it could only deserve 1.
I had to get up at 7 am to save a place in the pool, since the sunbeds were cooked and released at dinner. Let's not talk about the food, I would say it was terrible, there was no variety and many things were the same at times and tasteless. The service was not very good. I had to ask for a towel for days in a row, but it never came until we left. Out of 6 days of our stay, 4 of them were without towels in the room.
From my experience I would never choose this hotel and never with the Alanya area as all the tourists had complaints all around. The prices outside the resorts are extremely expensive and the things are not worth a penny. I'm sorry but for that much money there are places others that are worth more to see. With better conditions and better service.

We were disappointed by the 5 stars, it deserves -4. The smell of sewage in the hall, there was no food. I paid 5 stars ultra all inclusive but I didn't see anything. The hotel is not worth it at all. I'm not satisfied, they want money for sati or a better room, I hate everything

Probably the best hotel if you want to lose weight. Food is HORRIBLE, hotel layout is bad and the elevators are insufficient you wait 10 mins and get fed up and climb up the stairs anyways.

Linens and pillows stink and there is nothing they do about it.

WORST of all, they have high school interns who happen to be minors serve alcohol and everything else. You can't find plates, fork and knife and if you are lucky enough to find some they are not clean.

Would rather stay in a tent than going back here.

Don't waste your money here. I not impress from this Hotel maybe like 15 years ago this could be a 5 star place but deftly not Today .Horrible Internet almost same food every day and trash alcohol for ULTRA ALL inclusive Service.
