• Terrible food, raw chicken, hair in food, the chef was wiping raw chicken juices onto kitchen roll and then touching cooked chicken with the same utensil. • No food for English, don’t bring your kids here • Cocktails were never the same twice and the polish cocktail maker only wanted to know polish or Turkish people, he told my boyfriend that he couldn’t make cocktails but made others them. Of course because they wasn’t English. • Pool dirty with constant smell of sewers • Everyone got food poisoning • Tiny Tiny Tiny room • Staff are so rude • Complaints manager doesn’t want to know and like the others doesn’t care. • Dirty dining hall • Plates not washed properly • Hole in the door in room ( you could see through it) and reception took no notice to me. • Entertainment man told me boyfriend “”I no like”” because we didn’t want to be part of there couples game. Because nobody can speak English. There was a lovely bar man who did really try his best and also the lifeguard, he gets in the pool and everyone has a lot of fun with him, we pushed him in a few times and he pushed us. They made this hotel somewhat bare able but I would never step foot back here again.

WARNING NOT FOR ENGLISH!! ROOM 3038 CLEANLINESS: Mold in aircon and stained bedsheets. STAR RATING ⭐️ FOOD: ABSOLUTELY VILE even the cat turned it down. Everything that’s alright in taste is chicken, chicken and a side of chicken. STAR RATING ⭐ STAFF: Overall very nice. Lifeguard and bar staff very nice and playful. STAR RATING ROOM: Absolutely terrible the furniture is from 90s. STAR RATING ⭐️⭐️ DRINKS: Really nice especially Sex on the beach cocktail. STAR RATING BEACH: Terrible waves sweep you 10 ft up in the air and then back down on rocks/pebbles. Also lady throwing up and covering it with rocks. STAR RATING ⭐️⭐️

well, i’m not one to write reviews but how this hotel has 5 stars is beyond me. To start off our trip, we arrived at around 2:30 in the morning and were given the slowest service ever at reception. we were a group of 9 on 3 different bookings and there was one person on. we didn’t get up to our rooms till around half 3 so an hour later and then me and my mum walked into the smallest and most disgusting room i’ve ever seen, not even sure why the room is in a supposed 5 star hotel in the first place. there was one bed shoved in between 3 walls making it feel so claustrophobic, stains all over the walls, broken waredrobe doors, broken hangers and i couldn’t even step in the bathroom with how small it was. we went to reception to complain as it was not the room we booked and he told us we would have to wait till the morning and speak to the next manager basically because he didn’t want to deal with us, we didn’t end up going to bed until around half 4 in the morning to then go back down to reception at 8am to sort a new room and have to pay 25 euros per night??? after already booking that room originally but whatever. we tried to not let it ruin our holiday but the pool and everything else was just as bad, if the pool has any form of filter system it needs looking into because it is so disgusting. each time i got in i would cut my feet on the random stones and tiles thrown in and every now and then pull a massive clump of someone’s hair out which put me off the pool completely. also the surrounding of the pool where the sunbeds are is equally as disgusting and covered in fag buds. If you are english i would not recommend this hotel, the other guests that are Turkish look at you like you’re an extraterrestrial from a different planet and they stare at you for anything. i felt so uncomfortable doing anything as me and my group were constantly being stared at and given horrible looks. Also, barely anyone speaks english, staff don’t understand you half of the time and neither does anyone else. if you are a fussy eater don’t expect a lot, half of the food didn’t have labels on so you could not tell what it was or what else was in it so if you have any allergies be prepared. In the pool, the supposed lifeguard at the top of the slides sits down with his back facing the slides? so can’t even see anyone in the pool and the other lifeguard was smoking in the pool and having kids go get him food and drinks from the snack bar after performing backflips in the shallow end of the pool and when kids were copying him he walked away?? where’s the safety there?? The shopkeeper in the bottom floor was unbelievably ignorant, couldn’t even look up from his phone when we walked in and after handing him our things just stared at us like ****** rather than telling us a price? and he was constantly on call to someone and just not very nice to buy from in all honesty. and finallt if you book with On The Beach, there is a ‘ rep ‘ that comes to the hotel and demands you to go

Hotel very clean but that's where it stops only 3 pools 1 x kids pool 1 x indoor pool never open and 1 large pool with slides always small stones in the bottom of the pool never seen it been cleaned out, restaurants 1 x Italian that had about 7 tables that you could never get into as you are required to book once in your stay you have to see a man sat at a desk between 1000-1200 if he was there and had spaces 1 x buffet restaurant enough said food dreadful warm food not covered up food aimed at Turkish people only, Snack bar by pool 1200 to 1500 every day again food not covered left open for flies to crawl all over it and always the same items tables left pilled up with food, Never found the Turkish a al carte restaurant, They have a soup kitchen every night from 2330 to early hours not a late buffet as advertised, We never ate any food apart from toast and dry bread, At least a 15 to 20 min walk to any shops along a very busy road with no proper pathway, All staff tried to help but English not really spoken had to use Google translate, Hotel full of Turkish and Germans mostly evening entertainment very average no English music played we was told by entertainment staff they can only play 4 English songs a night 3 of them was kids songs, No disco bar just a lobby bar with hardly any seats in but does serve to early hours, We as a family of 6 adults and 2 children found a few pubs that would pick us up for free which we used about 6 times during the stay also we found a delivery man that would bring takeaway food to us this was the only way we ate, All other guests very rude did not queue for drinks just tried to push in front of you i would never recommend this hotel to any, British people dreadful experience, i have been as honest as possible in this review On The Beach need to take this off there web site as not suitable for British people in my opinion.

Very dirty in the bathroom. Terrible food, plate and fork dirty. Flies swarm on the food and the food is only with sauce. I will never recommend this hotel.
