We loved everything. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linens and towels were always clean. McDonald's and a shopping center are nearby. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the road, but we didn't notice any noise at all. There are cafes downstairs where you can grab a tasty snack. The pool has warm water and comfortable loungers.

For this price, it's a good room with a balcony and very friendly staff. The Mall and Carrefour are across the street.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. Compared to other hotels, the rate offered in December was reasonable per night.
I stayed on the 2nd floor; I recommend avoiding the top floor because it can be noisy, as there are two clubs on the rooftop.
The reception and housekeeping staff are cooperative and helpful.
The open swimming pool is located on the mezzanine floor.
Manar Mall is just across the road, and McDonald’s is right next door. Tea, coffee, and other restaurants are also within walking distance.

We had a good stay in royal view hotel. The staffs are accommodating. The place is very convenient near to malls,fast food chain. Room that we stayed is good only thing are the linen and bedsheets..cleaning wise should be improved. Food is average. Budget wise and location wise it's good.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in so far, everything is well maintained and well managed, special thanks to Mr.kiani, such a wonderful and delighted person. He helped me out with so ease and made everything so relaxing and worth the experience. Would definitely visit again and it was lovely meeting you

I want to appreciate and thank the entire team in this hotel, for their Amazing Hospitality of Food and Beverage team and the entire Housekeeping team, every person from the reception we want to thank you all, especially Gentleman Mr. Kiani and his wonderful team, Especially Sarah, Khimny, Khin, Hser, Chef Samer, Shafiq, Bilal and the stewarding team, who made our stay memorable. we want to appreciate each one them, we were a group of families chose to stay here as a family outing from Dubai for this Holidays. It is team that makes people like us to come back.

I stayed at Royal View Hotel and was really impressed! For a 3-star hotel, it offers great value for money. The room is spacious, clean, and well-ventilated, with a big bathroom and a comfortable bed. If you get a street-view room, you can enjoy beautiful views of the city, the creek, and the surrounding greenery, especially at sunset from the balcony 🌅
The location is excellent, right in the heart of RAK, close to everything. Housekeeping is responsive and friendly. Overall, a solid stay and a great choice for anyone looking for comfort without breaking the budget.

Extremely disappointing stay. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and the carpet and toilet was dirty and clearly not maintained. They even sent two security guards for a 30mins. late check out— seriously, over 30 minutes? Ridiculous. It’s clear they’re cutting costs at the expense of basic comfort and hospitality. Not worth the money at all.

Great place. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful Asif and Anto. And the lady who answered the call Safa was very kind and helpful too. The room was very well maintained. My special request was acknowledged and fulfilled. It was a very peaceful stay. The room service was quick. Overall experience was very good. Thank you and see you again.
