The hotel service is excellent, and they offer free valet parking. The location is great too; you can take a boat from downstairs to Al Seef for just 2 dirhams per person. It's also not far from the Gold Souk. During the day, taxi drivers are often reluctant to go there, but in the evening, after sunset, you can enjoy a pleasant walk there.

We enjoyed 5 nights in the kempinski hotel. However the hotel apartments do consist of quite dated room furniture. Very clean but not modern. Dubai is competitive with hotels so the overall hotel has a palace feel to it, they should definitely renovate bathrooms at least. All in all it was a good stay.

Perfect location for a vacation. The Club room and suite mean all-day dining. The dinner in the Zeta or Beach grill is fantastic.

Mostly came for the pool, but it's also a lovely hotel. Pool is nice, recommend to go for sunset so you have both day/night view. Breakfast was surprisingly good (saying as someone who stays a lot in hotels), would do that again! Gym is open 24/7 and has a lot of equipment/is suitable (not just cardio machines like in many places)
