Outstanding Stay at Delano Hotel Dubai – Made Unforgettable by Patrick

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Delano Hotel in Dubai, and from start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer a truly comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

I would especially like to highlight Patrick, a member of the staff who made my stay truly remarkable. He was consistently friendly, attentive, and highly professional. It was immediately clear that he takes great pride in his work and delivers service of the highest quality.

Patrick was always available when needed, making sure every detail was perfect and ensuring I felt genuinely cared for. His warm and thoughtful approach made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued part of the Delano experience.

While the entire hotel team was courteous and efficient, Patrick’s dedication and service truly stood out. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and a prime example of exceptional hospitality.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Delano Hotel Dubai and will certainly return on my next visit. A sincere thank you to the entire team – and especially to Patrick, who made my stay unforgettable.

My daughter and I visited this hotel last week for 5 days and we were blown away by it. The hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and smelt amazing, the food was on another level. We were half board and the food was 5*. Breakfast was the best nothing was too much for the staff. A big shout out to Kabir, the restaurant manager who came to speak to us every morning. We litercojld not fault this hotel. The location was good too. Blue Water Island was very quiet this time of year anyway as the weather was incredibly hot. I have stayed a few times in Dubai but this was by far the best hotel. A must is the beach club. We didnt know we could use it free till day 2 so sat at the pool on the first day, which was absolutely fine. The beach club is located next door in their sister hotel but it’s a 5 minute walk. Well worth a visit here.

We are really enjoying our stay at Delano, Bluewater in Dubai. The staff is VERY helpful and are taking good care of my family especially with the food allergies of my daughter. They anticipate our needs all the time. We really appreciate it. Thank you very much. We highly recommend this place to go on vacation.

First things first — Patrick and Alex deserve a raise, a trophy, and maybe their own reality show. Their service was next-level! Patrick was calm, classy, and handled everything like a pro, while Alex had the kind of energy that instantly lifts your mood (and makes you wonder if he runs on espresso or pure joy). They made me feel like a VIP from start to finish.

As for Delano Dubai — wow. It’s basically a beachfront dream. The hotel is stunning, the vibes are relaxed yet luxurious, and waking up to the sound of the waves? 10/10 would recommend. It feels more like a private resort than a regular hotel, and honestly, I didn’t want to leave.

If you’re looking for peace, luxury, and two staff members who deserve their own fan club — Delano is the place. I’ll definitely be back (probably with a suitcase just for beach selfies).

I had the pleasure of staying at the Delano Hotel in Dubai for my birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely top-tier—professional, warm, and incredibly friendly. Every single member of staff went out of their way to make each day feel seamless and relaxing.

What truly stood out was how the team made my birthday extra special. I felt genuinely celebrated, and it meant so much. A special shout out to Alex and Patrick, who went above and beyond—singing me happy birthday and making me feel not just like a guest, but truly welcomed and joyful.

The rooms were fantastic—spotlessly clean, stylish and modern, with incredible views that really added to the overall experience. It was a perfect space to unwind and recharge after a day out.

The food was also excellent, with a great selection of restaurants included in our half board package. Each meal was a treat, and the variety and quality far exceeded our expectations.
