The hotel is super...everything is new...its own beach. A large green oasis. A swimming pool. The location is great...everything is close...excellent staff...breakfast and dinner...delight...room 627 is simply gorgeous. With a view of the wheel.

We stayed at this hotel in January and loved everything about it! The room with a balcony and sea view was stunning. They have their own beach, a pool, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Breakfasts were good, and the staff were polite. The hotel's location was also absolutely perfect!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort and overall, it was a lovely experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Their efforts to provide the best service are greatly appreciated.

That said, I did experience a couple of issues with my room:
1. There was an on-and-off drilling noise, which I reported to the Manager.
2. The bathroom has frosted glass, and when someone takes a shower, the shadow is visible. This can be uncomfortable if staying with family and children.

On the positive side, the food was outstanding. The breakfast in particular was amazing, with a wide selection and excellent quality. The staff in the restaurant deserve special recognition especially Kamal Pravat and Shahrukh, who were both exceptional. Their warm service and dedication made a big difference, and I would like to personally thank them along with the rest of the team.

Overall, despite a few room-related issues, the exceptional staff and great food made my stay very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful family stay at Sheraton Hotels and Resorts in Dubai. Our terrace room had unbeatable views, and the staff were outstanding. A huge thank you to Blessy—she was incredibly attentive to our 2-year-old at the breakfast buffet, which took the pressure off me and my wife when he was a handful. Exceptional service that made our trip so much easier and truly memorable. Highly recommend for families the only downside is the traffic leading into JBR. There’s always traffic but what made it easier during busy times we got dropped off to Bluewater which is across the bridge from the JBR strip. Then we walk back to the hotel which took under 10min and is an amazing walk, but saves you 30min stuck in traffic.

Stayed in Sheraton Resort, JBR for a week with family, the staff were absolutely amazing, every single one of them is a credit to the hotel chain, from management, staff to chefs. If you are looking for a family friendly resort, do not hesitate to stay here. The rooms were recently renovated giving it the luxury feel, food was exceptional, the chefs even went above and beyond and catered for any special request. Life guards at the pool looked out for my children whilst we rested by the loungers. All around, amazing experience, massive well done to the whole team.

An unforgettable birthday experience at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort for my birthday, and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel incredibly special.

The highlight of my stay was how beautifully the team celebrated my birthday, they decorated my room so thoughtfully, surprised me with a delicious cake, and even sang Happy Birthday! I also had the pleasure of enjoying lunch in the Executive Lounge, which offered both amazing food and stunning views.

A very special mention goes to Fernan, who absolutely stood out with his kindness, warmth, and genuine care. He has such a pure heart and took customer service to a whole new level, truly one of the best hospitality professionals I’ve ever met.

Thank you, Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, for making my birthday celebration so magical. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Visited Sheraton JBR in August with my daughter and had a fantastic holiday there. The entire staffing team were amazing an absolutely outstanding team. Facilities were great too along with location, lots of places were within walking distance.
Food was delicious at the buffet, lots of choice and had great meals at the other 2 restaurants at the hotel.
Will visit again and thanks for a great holiday.

We loved this hotel, I think it’s best combination of location, pricing and service. Rooms were renovated recently and they are so good and much larger than it seems on photos. Breakfast was amazing, you can find everything there, except avocados :) we liked their beach, and pool area, it’s good with kids. Stuff was always helpful and friendly.

One negative moment: it’s about kids room. I have a toddler 3 y o, but they have some kind of classes there and the minimal age is 4 y o. And there is just one hour per day when kids under 3 are allowed to play, even though this space is empty. That was strange to me. I think they can improve that schedule.

Amazing weeks stay at Sheraton, the staff are exceptionally and a real credit to them. The house keeping was spot on. We only had breakfast here the once, it was ok. Pool are lovely but the toilets need air fresheners as theres always an unpleasant smell in there. To conclude…highly recommend.
