Aerotel Abu Dhabi T3 Arrival Transit in Abu Dhabi City

I stayed in the lounge until 10:30 PM as it’s limited to three hours, and my next flight was around 2 AM. After a good dinner, I explored the airport on my own. I walked for almost an hour, clicked many pictures, and burned around 300 calories—which was a great bonus for me since I enjoy walking and staying active.

The airport felt calm and quiet, but it’s extremely well maintained, clean, and organized. The signage is clear, making it easy to navigate even during long layovers. There’s a great variety of duty-free stores, luxury brands, cafés, restaurants, beauty salons, and premium shopping options. The GUCCI showroom especially stood out—beautifully designed and worth visiting.

Seating areas are comfortable, washrooms are spotless, and free Wi-Fi worked smoothly throughout the terminal. I grabbed a coffee to stay awake and avoid missing my next flight. Staff were polite and helpful whenever needed.

Overall, it was a long layover, but the airport made it comfortable and pleasant. After Doha and Istanbul, Abu Dhabi Airport is definitely one of my favorites. Next time, I’ll just plan a shorter transit!

Zayed International Airport is honestly one of the most beautiful and well-organized airports I’ve experienced. From the moment you enter, the architecture feels modern, luxurious, and very spacious—no overcrowding even during busy hours.

The check-in and security process are impressively smooth and efficient, which makes traveling with kids or luggage much less stressful. Staff are friendly, helpful, and always guiding passengers clearly.

What really stands out is the cleanliness and design—everything feels premium and thoughtfully done. The seating areas are comfortable, there are plenty of charging points, and the lighting gives a calm, relaxing vibe.

I recently had a layover at Zayed International Airport while traveling from Munich to Pakistan, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best airports I’ve ever visited. The overall experience was extremely pleasant.
The airport staff truly stood out. They were kind, humble, and very cooperative. I’ve traveled through many airports in the Gulf region due to the lack of direct flights to my destination, but the staff at Abu Dhabi Airport were by far the most polite and helpful I’ve encountered. Their calm and friendly attitude made the transit experience smooth and stress-free.
The airport itself is modern and well-equipped. There are plenty of food chains and restaurants to choose from, along with prayer rooms, refreshment areas, and business lounges. The washrooms were clean and hygienic, which is always a big plus during long journeys.
One of the best things was the free Wi-Fi just connect and you’re online. No sign-ups, no forms, no hassle. Super convenient!
Overall, I had a very good and comfortable experience at Zayed International Airport. I would definitely rate it as one of the top airports in the region and look forward to passing through it again in the future.

Very big and beautiful airport with spacious area to walk. It's very clean and the shops were lined up neatly. Many big name stores and branded goods sold here. Easy to check departure information. Cool looking buggy at the airport. Lots of seating areas while waiting for your next flight.

Not much open at 1am but what do you expect at that time in the morning. Staff were very friendly. Very nice architecture. Easy to follow signs. Good walk to the gates so leave plenty of time. But enjoy the walk. Good to stretch your legs after a long flight.

Nice International airport at Abu Dhabi. Very fast and equipped with all latest amenities. E Gate is very useful and very fast procedure of immigration. Baggage are also coming within short period. New terminal work is under progress, may be after that this airport will be very huge . Presently this airport have 3 terminals. All staff at Abu Dhabi airport is very humble and cooperative.

This is very beautiful neet and clean.
Although I worked in Dubai 2006 to 2009 but I never visit this place and now in 2021 when I am working in Saudi Arabia then I visit here. I am coming to India Saudi Arabia to Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi to Delhi. This is great experience for me.
I am giving the billions stars to this place.
