Environment: There's nothing around, and there's a construction site nearby. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy.

I recently stayed at The First Collection Hotel Jumeirah Village Circle and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and offers great facilities, including a beautiful rooftop pool, spacious rooms, and a relaxing ambiance throughout the property.
What made my stay even more memorable was the exceptional service from the staff. I would especially like to thank Hamid, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout my visit. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel very welcome. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out and added a personal touch to my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai — whether for business or leisure — and I will definitely be coming back again!
At first, I noticed a few issues in the room that I didn’t expect from a four-star hotel, but what impressed me most was how the staff and management handled them. As soon as I shared my concerns, the duty manager personally reached out, sincerely apologized, and ensured that everything was resolved promptly.
This level of care and commitment to guest satisfaction made a big difference and showed how dedicated the team is to improving the experience for their guests.

Omar is not just good at his job — he is exceptional in every sense. Always ready to help, he answered all my questions patiently and treated me with sincere care and respect. You can really feel that he genuinely cares about the comfort of the guests — something rare to find nowadays.
He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, from a smooth check-in process to helpful local tips, or even just his calm and friendly presence at the front desk.

I also want to say that all the staff at the hotel were truly wonderful, but I’m giving special recognition to Omar because I had a small personal issue, and he was the first one to notice and offer help. He immediately stepped in, assisted me in the best way possible, and handled the situation with such grace and respect. I’ll never forget that moment.
