Really good stay at First Collection Hotel Business Bay. Great value for money—rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The vibe is relaxed, staff were friendly, and everything ran smoothly. Not luxury, but definitely a solid, well-priced option for a Dubai stay.

The hotel is situated in an area which is newly developed. Without travel jam or crowded transportation, it is easy to transport yourself easily. We arrived quite early becasue our flight arrived at six in the morning. After checking in, we lucily met a gentleman, whom we believe he belongs management personnel, who kindly provided us a room immediately for our convenience. It is fantastic. The restaurant for the breakfast is full of holiday mood while you may find it a bit uncomfortable when all the guests take the meal at the same time.

it was a pleasant stay! Everything is perfectly fine, only issue was that the check in process took more than 20 mins. Despite the check in time, I will return to stay again.

Very attentive staff. Great hospitality! The breakfast is as good as the reviews state - wide selection and cater to allergens like gluten and dairy! The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. They have a sister hotel across town via shuttle that you can visit their beach. Their shuttles to the mall are most helpful. There’s also some good coffee shops and brunch places around the area if you’re willing to walk 10 minutes in the heat. We would definitely stay again.
