The service was absolutely perfect in every aspect. Special thanks to Nour Mahmud at the reception for outstanding professionalism — every request was handled quickly and flawlessly. The restaurant service was also excellent; Ahan provided great support and always recommended the best dishes.

I am writing to share our wonderful experience at Rose Park Hotel.[16 Dec to 19 Dec 2025] Our stay was excellent; the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was very good.
We especially want to highlight the exceptional service we received upon arrival. We reached the hotel early in the morning, and the Egyptian gentleman and the gentleman from Karnataka, India, at the front desk were both incredibly helpful. Despite our early arrival, they managed to arrange an early check-in for us, which made a huge difference to our comfort.
Please pass on our sincere thanks to him and the rest of the team for their kind hospitality. We will certainly recommend your hotel to others.

First, their hospitality is exceptional all the staff are super helpful always smiling always opening the door for you and offering help. They quickly respond to request like water towels sheets and their ironing service is great.
Second, the hotel location is strategic right next to a metro station also there are plenty of services around like a supermarket a pharmac and so on.
The rooms are spacious and clean they were very kind to offer us an upgrade that really made our stay more comfortable.
We only tried the breakfast once and I think it can have more varieties and I also hope the beds were a bit more comfy.
