The hotel provided excellent service and we were well-attended by all staff members. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The service was exceptional, particularly commending our housekeeper, Sarfarez, who provided outstanding care.
We enjoyed the breakfast every day and we had an expectional meal in the japanese resturent located on the 1st floor. The hotel is very well conected to public transports links and taxis. We had a really good time and we could not fault the hotel or the lovely people that made it great. One of the best holidays we have ever had..

Lovely hotel. Good location for Dubai Marina, the beach and the Metro. Reception were very friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The Risen cafe was good, also breakfast on floor 1. Ferdie was most helpful, arranging the safe delivery of our cases and looking after us until our driver arrived. Thank you for a lovely stay.

They only have NO for every thing. First hotel asked me fee for the spoon use. Room Ac was making lot of noise.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping does an excellent job with daily cleaning, so everything is always fresh and tidy. The beds are amazing and ensured a great night’s sleep.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Malik, who is always ready to help and can arrange transportation to any destination, no matter where you want to go. His service truly made our stay even better.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Great experience overall. The hotel is easy to reach and well located, with the metro nearby and the beach just a short distance away. The room was comfortable, well sized, and kept in good condition. Breakfast was nice and offered enough variety to start the day well.

This stay was well worth the money. Bed was comfy, room looked modern and the amenities were great. A plus is that one of the shuttles to Yas Island in Abu Dhabi left from here and returned here, it was so convenient.
