Jannah Place Dubai Marina Hotel in Dubai

Close to the metro. 7 minutes to the beach, 10 to the Ferris wheel. Everything is there, but the room needs renovation.

Excellent location! The metro, tram, budget-friendly shops, and beach are all nearby. Dubai Marina is a fantastic spot for an evening stroll. The room has a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, and microwave. There's also an iron and ironing board. There are no European outlets, so you'll need an adapter. There's a hairdryer, but no outlet near the mirror, which is inconvenient. The mattress and pillows are great, and the linens are spotless. Housekeeping cleaned every day. The biggest drawback is the bathroom. The showerhead sticking out from the wall is terrible, and for some reason, there was no hot water in the sink, even though it was available elsewhere. We were given a room without a balcony, so cooking smells lingered for a long time.

Pros: Marina location, a beautiful bay, high-rise buildings, 10 minutes to the beach and Blue Waters with its Ferris wheel, and drone shows in the sky in the evenings. A variety of cafes and restaurants to suit every taste. Marina Mall is 15 minutes away, and the supermarket has ready-made meals and everything you need.
The hotel is also close to tram and metro stops! The manager at reception offers great leisure packages, including tickets to museums and amusement parks, and shuttle services.
The hotel staff was friendly and responsive to every request.
Perfect daily cleaning, quiet and spacious rooms. We didn't have a balcony, but we had a beautiful view of the bay!

Large refrigerator, iron, dryer, dishes, toaster and kettle, safe, and washing machine.
I don't really have much to say about the cons, as that's subjective.
My suggestions to the management: provide heated towel rails in rooms without balconies; clothes take a long time to dry after the beach.
The dishes (pots and frying pans) should be updated.
Leave an adapter for electrical outlets in the room; the one we asked for at reception was no longer safe; it didn't always work and sparks flew.

But overall, the hotel service is a solid 4 for the price. 😌

I like it because it's in the center of the Marina district. Everything is close by. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I recommend it.

This hotel is such a good price at a great location. It has a very spacious and clean room with kitchen, toaster, washing machine and an electrical stove, pans and cutlery.
It is situated In Marina so you can enjoy nice days and outings at a very convenient location in Dubai near the beach, restaurants, and shops nearby. I waked to Marina every day for 10 minutes from there.
It also has free parking space.
I did not use the gym and the pool is small on the rooftop, yet the price is super and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Optimal price/convenience ratio. Close to the beach Dubai Marina and close to metro. Windows do not open. There was a kitchen in the room. We did not like the breakfast, separate building, no normal coffee, same menu, many people.

Our room has been upgraded to a two-bedroom one. The location is outstanding.

The breakfast is great, but it is not served in this hotel; it's a 5-minute walk away at their other branch.

The staff is friendly. There are multiple restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The beach is a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment has 3 toilets and 2 bathtubs. However, there was a moldy smell noticeable right at the entrance. The flush button panel was broken on one of the toilets and there was a problem with the hot water in one of the bathrooms.

People working here are amazing. All my requests were fulfilled, people are very kind here and always friendly, trying to do their best to help guests.
