This is a decent resort hotel. The breakfast offers a wide variety, but it's mainly Western and Indian food, which might not suit Chinese palates. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the complimentary theme park tickets are a nice touch. The pool is heated, which is great for kids, though it can get crowded and is a bit shallow.

Booking this hotel comes with free tickets, and the number of tickets matches the number of guests in the booking, which makes it great value for money. Even though Chinese New Year was over by February 25th, the hotel still provided chocolates, and the breakfast was excellent.

Very satisfied with the hotel, the service was excellent. They even gave us complimentary park tickets. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and they also provided chocolates. The hotel breakfast had a great variety, and the vegetable soup was delicious!

The room cleaning frequency isn't quite up to Dubai hotel standards. At mealtime, my friend joined us. Our room included two meals, while my friend's room only included breakfast. We wanted the free meals to be served as free, and the paid meals to be paid for normally. However, the Asian hostess who seated us showed an impatient expression before we even spoke, and immediately assumed we had exceeded the guest limit. That felt a bit offensive.

However, the hotel's pool, food, and kids' club (the staff even joined in the exercises!) were all pretty good.

The toilet in our room had a completely enclosed wooden door, which made the kids scared to use it alone, so an adult had to go with them every time.

We didn't take their shuttle bus to the theme park because it showed a 30-minute wait and another 30 minutes to get there. We just took a taxi instead, which wasn't too far, about 15 minutes by taxi. The taxi fare was a bit expensive, but the kids couldn't wait any longer.

The chocolate at this hotel is amazing!

On Yas Island, we stayed as two adults and one child, and they generously gave us three complimentary tickets, which made the room feel incredibly affordable. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to all the theme parks and malls. If the price is right, this is definitely the top choice on Yas Island!

When I booked, I thought 2500 a night was a bit pricey. But after arriving, I realized that for a five-star hotel with great facilities and environment, breakfast for two adults and one child, four days' admission to the park for three people, and free shuttle service, the value for money was actually incredible. Highly recommend it! There was also a small incident where my child left a toy on the express bus from Yas Mall back to the hotel. I didn't expect to find it, but I tried asking at the front desk. The front desk manager was super nice and kept helping to contact the bus depot. Half an hour later, it was delivered back to the hotel. That was truly amazing! It really felt like the entire system operates efficiently and orderly.

Our stay at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island was simply wonderful. I would like to especially commend the outstanding service we received from the dining room staff, particularly Ms. Sumayya and Mr. Idain, who were always welcoming, attentive, and served us with a warm smile.

Lance from the concierge team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Always friendly and full of positive energy, he assisted us with car rental, flight check-in, and tickets for various attractions, ensuring that everything went smoothly.

As for the hotel itself, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and well organized. The pool area was clean and well maintained, with excellent service from the pool staff. The reception team was polite, professional, and always greeted us with kindness and a smile.

The hotel spa was excellent, featuring dry and wet saunas, a jacuzzi, and a unique forest-themed shower with music and different rain modes. It’s only a pity that the spa facilities are separated by gender. Still, the spa team was courteous, attentive, and provided top-notch service.

Finally, the dining options were truly impressive, high-quality food, a large and varied buffet, and a wide selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner.

Overall, the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island offers an exceptional hospitality experience, highly recommended.

Service: The service attitude was excellent. Their welcome chocolates were delicious; my friend and I asked for more twice, and the hotel generously gave us several extra boxes.

Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped.

Environment: The environment and everything else was good. The only minor drawback was that we stayed on the first floor, and the outdoor pool and bar were very close to our room. People would party outside at night, which somewhat affected our sleep.
