The WB Abu Dhabi Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

They gave us four days of free park tickets! What a generous gesture! The 24-hour gym was also great, and the hotel staff were all very friendly!

Faz and Nagi are helpful and wonderful staff that make our stay fantastic.

Very close to parks, 30 seconds walk to WB, 3 minutes to the Waterworld. Restaurants are delicious. The service is very good.

The first choice for family hotels, the front desk has Chinese service, Warner Bros. Park is just opposite the hotel, a few steps away. Other parks can be reached by free bus, the breakfast environment is great, and the variety is rich. The hotel is full of movie themes, Tom and Jerry, League of Legends, etc., it is worth recommending

Firstly, the YAS bus was unreliable and did not follow the schedule as indicated. The hotel staff led us to wait for the YAS bus at a bus stop which was no longer in operation and after waiting for 30 mins we gave up and took a Careem instead.

Stepping into the hotel, it felt like an extremely overpriced airport hotel. The amenities provided were just a vanity kit and a shower cap. No other amenities. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in Dubai which provided mouthwash, loofah, shaving kit etc. The room itself was small, no rain shower in the toilet and the bulb in the toilet light kept flashing.

The hotel breakfast selection was limited, the only saving grace was the eggs benedict. Hotel gym is also small, we went during dinner where there was nobody and had a great workout there but can't imagine if there's more than 5 people in the gym due to the size of the gym. Steam room wasn't working by 7pm.

Hotel came with 2 parks access for 2 days but still did not justify the price and the amenities in the room. The only thing I had no complains about was the service from the staff which was impeccable. The WhatsApp service from the concierge was also great as they responded almost immediately to help me with my things.

For this price point I expected alot more which this hotel did not provide. I've stayed in motels with better amenities and really does not justify the $700 SGD per night price point.

We booked through the Trip website and were offered a great deal.

The hotel did not meet my expectations, despite being one of the most expensive hotels on Yas Island, affiliated with Hilton, and located in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Although the room design was beautiful and the hotel opened in 2018, we encountered several issues.

First, the bathroom had multiple problems, as shown in the attached photos. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was dust on the shelves and tables. Additionally, the receptionist, an Egyptian employee whose name I do not recall exactly (I believe it was Kirillos), was not as welcoming or courteous as the other staff members.

Karolos offered us a free upgrade to a room with a bunk bed for children, rather than a room with better size or view as one might expect. The room was not in good condition, and we even found leftover chips in the upper bunk bed. He also tried to convince us to take a suite for an additional charge, which was not something we wanted to discuss after a long flight. Moreover, no welcome gesture was offered to us or our child.

On a positive note, the breakfast staff were exceptionally attentive and provided outstanding service with great kindness.

However, I will not repeat this experience, as the price paid does not reflect the level of service or comfort provided.

Fantastic. The location and the room super

Very lovely hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is wonderful for families. The kids loved seeing the characters all over the hotel ( daffy, bugs, robin.. etc). Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is facing the WB theme park. and is a walking distance from Yas water park. it is very close to the hotel and close to the other parks. therefore, location is excellent.
Food was good and the design of the hotel is on theme and super nostalgic. would stay there again.

The stay was beyond amazing. Staff were friendly, room was so clean and we really enjoyed the theme parks. As well we would really like to thank the lady leti for her exceptional hospitaly .
