⭐️ Points to Note Before Booking This Hotel:
• Very dingy and unsafe environment, especially for girls.
• Receptionist Recel is extremely rude and clearly not trained in customer service. She raises her voice at customers and kept saying “I did not take your car,” even though I repeatedly explained that she represents the hotel and I was simply addressing my concerns at the front desk.
• No basic amenities in the room: no toothbrush, no room slippers, and not even milk for making tea.
• When I requested milk to make tea, they refused and told me to order it from outside — who will deliver milk worth just 2 AED?
• My request for milk was ignored despite asking multiple times.
• The hotel has a bar that plays loud music until 4 AM with only men inside — completely impossible to sleep with the noise.

Regarding Parking:
• On arrival at 4 AM, I found a parking spot right in front of the hotel, but I was stopped and told I cannot park there as it “belongs to the hotel.” They said they would park my car elsewhere and charge me AED 30, so I paid.
• When waiting for my car from valet, I discovered that the parking area outside is actually RTA parking, not hotel property. This means they overcharge customers, as RTA charges only AED 2 per hour. For 8 AM to 12 PM (4 hours), the total would have been just AED 8 — a complete scam.
• Another issue with the valet service was that I was initially told to collect my own car from 500m away. Only after arguing did they agree to send someone, and even then, I had to wait 20 minutes for my car to be brought to me.
• Overall, a very poor experience with multiple red flags, unprofessional behaviour, and misleading practices.

I humbly apologize for having to comment like this so that it doesn't happen again to anyone, just me, the service was very disappointing, especially with a female manager at the Kobra club. racist and asked for ID only to me, but surprisingly she didn't check all the guests. Many times we went there they never asked for it, the security guard with curly hair and dark skin also shouted in front of me, forcing me to check my ID, I immediately gave it at that time because I didn't mind. But their treatment was shouting in front of many people that he told me I WAS A LIAR many times and even though I showed the UAE PASS where all my personal data was listed there. but their response was like belittling and intimidating as if we were not worthy of visiting there. Please management be more careful and meticulous in selecting officers who should protect guests, but they are both very arrogant and inhumane. Even though we visited more than 3 times and stayed at the hotel several times and the reason she checked because they never saw us is very unreasonable. We’re SAME than other guests we always PAID…Is this how you treat guests? What is the difference between first time and frequent visitors? This isn't even our first time there.. Very racist! It's sad that only the singer is truly kind and I'm proud of him for being very protective and respectful towards the guests.

I’m in this hotel right now. Can’t sleep as the music downstairs is way too loud and my room hasn’t been cleaned once in the 3 days I’ve been here. Nice room and good location but simply cannot sleep due to the really loud nose from the club downstairs. Also my key card continuously doesn’t work on the lift. Won’t come here ever again.
