We had to change rooms 3 times during our stay. The hotel was almost falling to pieces where many things struggled to work. The hotel has great location near the theme parks and major shopping centre, staff are helpful and friendly. Especially their valet service is excellent. The room to improvement is the setup may not be attention to details in the room setup, e.g. no cups for toothbrush, no tower at the pantry. But overall I enjoyed my 3 days stay at the hotel.

Every thing is perfect except the elevator bell my room was very far from the elevator but every time you can hear the elevator bell, specifically at night not easy to sleep with that sound. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. A bus stop is just a short walk away, and you can go anywhere by transferring buses. The hotel breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but everything was delicious. I was happy they had hot milk!

They don't have private parking for the hotel. When I first arrived, I couldn't find a spot. Also, there's a lot of car noise; you can hear cars and horns from your room. It makes you wonder if you're sleeping in a hotel or on the street, honestly, it's very noisy.

Great hotel for a couple of days in the city. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room might be a little dated, but the bedding and bathroom facilities were clean, and that's what matters most. The staff were friendly and responsive; they processed my early check-in very quickly 🙏. P.S. The windows definitely need a good wash though 🧽.

There is a small hall like area...open kitchen and they have provided a few plates and spoons for our use.
