The staff is very friendly and always there to help you.
The location is quiet with a lots of shop and restaurant around. Not far away from bus station.
Good breakfast but you must pay for coffee if you want a natural beans one.
The furniture can be a bit old. But cannot ask for 5 star hotel's furniture.
room was dirty, toilet seat with stool stains, after too many complains and insist to change the room , they did change it as if they make me favor by providing clean room!!
any way i went directly to see the toilet seat and was same dirt around it.
I asked more water and tea and towels, they provided some and ignored the other requests after calling more than 10 times.
going to complain to consumer rights, as i didnt pay to stay in dirty room and meet unfriendly staff who shouts at me.

Beside my hotel room open music too loud at the early morning , which make me wake up without enough sleep
The massage spa there lousy masseure, piano massage only , better go other places for massage.
