This hotel is very well located, close to the airport, which is super convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were truly attentive and very caring. A very pleasant stay.

We stayed at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa (formerly Westin) from January 1–2 for New Year’s, and it was honestly an amazing way to start the year.
Special thanks to Yousef from reception, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He assisted my kid in getting another room key and made sure he could go back up safely while he was playing outside, small gesture, big peace of mind, especially for parents.
Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of selections, the bed was super comfy, and everything was impressively clean, even the outdoor balcony seats. We were also given a great room with a beautiful golf course view, which made the stay even more relaxing.
My mom truly enjoyed the experience as well. Overall, it’s a calm, comfortable, and well-managed hotel, and definitely a great choice for families in Abu Dhabi. A lovely New Year stay and we’d happily come back!

My stay at the Abu Dhabi Vogo Hotel (formerly The Westin) was consistently excellent, truly living up to its reputation as a seasoned luxury hotel. The hotel's environment emphasizes tranquility and spaciousness. My room directly overlooked the golf course, offering lush green views right from the window, which was incredibly soothing. The outdoor pool is generously sized and complemented by landscaped gardens, creating a wonderful resort ambiance perfect for swimming or sunbathing.

The lobby retains its original opulent decor, with high ceilings and exquisite details that exude a sense of luxury. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring both international and local specialties, and the dining environment is very elegant. The service throughout my stay was attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and both restaurant and room service were prompt and genuinely friendly, making for a great experience.

However, some of the hotel's interior facilities show a bit of age. Overall, this stay met my expectations. It's an ideal choice for leisure or business travelers seeking quiet views and reliable service, offering both good value for money and comfort.

What a wonderful stay we had! The service, and the friendly, helpful, and attentive staff, deserve a special mention. It is so refreshing to be welcomed and assisted by people who genuinely want to do their very best.

Indra deserves particular praise — it was a pleasure to be greeted by his smiling face each morning. Every member of staff, from management to room attendants, valet, reception, chefs, and pool attendants, contributed to such a positive and enjoyable experience.

The Christmas décor was absolutely beautiful, adding an extra touch of magic to our stay. Thank you for making our holiday one to remember. This hotel and its staff are a true credit to beautiful Abu Dhabi.

Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved.

The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel.

Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties.

On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed.

Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed.

Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

We started when I was upgraded to a bigger room.
They really accommodated my son needs.
Gala dinner for new years was mind blowing. Food was delicious and atmosphere was memorable.
Requested a late checkout and they granted it without talking me out of it.
Rooms got lower stars due to it being a little out dated. I had an issue with carpet from main entrance. Carpet in my opinion should be just around bed area, you can go as big as you want but only around bed area.
