GULF INN HOTEL

Got surprised. After paying for parking I get to know if I want to access the parking prior information to be given to reception so they can provide me access for every single visit. Come on guys keep your standards. And nowadays everyone providing free parking as a good gesture for the guests.

The hotel gave me different room grade than the one I booked online and over charged me at the higher rate rather than the lower rate. They were not respectful with me and were not helpful as well as the hotel didn't have hot water with some other issues in the room. I totally don't recommend this hotel and I totally don't recommend using Booking.com as I lost lots of money while Booking.com didn't offer any help they were useless. Use Expida instead of booking.com they are far more helpful.

I had really bad experience with Front office staff. Never ever suggest you any one to go there... At given price room is good but all over experience with hotel staff and management was really unexpected...

Just checked into the hotel, unmade booking for, 4 adult plus 1 kid and time of arrival clearly mentioned that one person to come later then we checked in 3 adult plus 1 kid. Later on, when my brother's wife arrived for check-in, they pull her out from the elevator and had falsely claimed to confirm the visitor. What does that mean? What is his intention? Person one tall guy Asian national and one Arabic national put all our family into an embarrassing situation. The way how they behave and the worlds that they used is unacceptable. I believe that regardless of the star of the hotel but hotel staffs are always trained about customer service and basic manus on how to deal but it was not the case, in our life working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years in UAE, never seen such appalling service, moreover precisely such character of people are working at the front line. We are in rooms 319 and 320. I want to personally meet your hotel general manager or owner to see the sarcastic scene via CCTV camera in the lobby. This is a fully insult to our family. Moreover, an Arabic receptionist challenged us that he will not accept us in his hotel next time, that's okay if the hotel is own by him. But, such words and insults we won't tolerate. Who is he? How did we misbehave or breach your hotel policy? I look forward to connecting with your owner or higher authority to discuss further. If we don't get any response then we will certainly escalate to the local authority.
