It’s a very bad property , to me I can say they are complete cheater , in trip.com they mention wife facilities & others but in reality they don’t have such good facilities, eventually once I goes & checkin I found mismatch with the trip.com review & rating & facilities so I told them why its like this they agreed that they don’t have the facilities but showing in apps so we both agreed that I will checkout & they will accept free cancellation but till 3 month I did not get return my money , although I send several message , send my people to the property. Eventually the apps trip.com I send them message but nothing happened , that’s the reason I will recommend everyone not to booked this hotel & try to avoid trip.com as much as possible for booking a hotel further .

A 10-minute walk from Al Rigga Metro Station, this hotel is cozy and about a 30-minute metro ride from Dubai Mall. It's located in the Deira area, just a few metro stops from the Gold Souk. The rooms are spacious, though not super modern. During our stay, there was construction going on opposite the hotel, so it was quite noisy in the mornings, but that's certainly not the hotel's fault. Overall, we were satisfied.

The hotel was good but we had problems with the wifi its not working in iphone 17 i dont know why they dont fix this problem its so bad the first room the bed was not comfortable and too many bed springs hurting our backs we changed room the bed was good and the ac was bad its too weak

This hotel has everything what you need, the staff is very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was good. Our booking had an issue due to technical problems with the booking website, the hotel got it as standard room in their system, we booked junior suite, staff was able to manage and arrange suite room for us. Location is great, with 10 min walk to metro station, lot of shops and restaurants near by, and also few night markets near.
