Most of the staff are very good but we had a small dispute with the front desk manager who was there at our early checkin time. He was rude in handling the matter. We had to call the agent and let him speak to the manager to settle the issue.
Other than that it was a calm and good experience. Breakfast was good. And the atmosphere, location are superb.
Their professionalism and warm hospitality really made a difference and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and would definitely stay here again.
I recommend this hotel for some gatherings they can hold 100 pax in the party hall. Also, I recommend talking with ms Jeniffer that assist us on everything from our wedding venue and as well to our room.
They have free parking as well it will be limited but there will be another basement for pay parking. It is well surrounded by nearby malls, store etc., it will be great to stay in this area ❤️
