The hotel is very nice and close to airport that convenient transportation for me

The hotel offered a very comfortable and clean environment, with spacious rooms and friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the amenities were mostly up to standard for a 4-star experience. Would definitely consider staying again!

My family and I had a wonderful experience during our recent three-day stay at Avenue Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a warm and welcoming staff who made the check-in process smooth and efficient.

We had two connecting standard rooms, and one was upgraded to a suite (thanks to the Management), which was a nice surprise, especially since we used the restaurant for my niece’s birthday party.

The comfort of the beds and the quality of the amenities provided were outstanding. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool, as well as the bath tub. Additionally, the meals served at the restaurant were both delicious and reasonably priced.

I highly recommend Avenue Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you once again for your excellent service and hospitality.

Advisable for filipinos . The area is kabayan friendly. Lots of filipino resto around the street. International cuisines are also present. Walking distance from metro station. Lots of filipinos in the area. They also have starbucks in the lobby. Wifi are powerful. They have smoking room too. They also cater short time extension. The hotel is safe

Spent 6 days and nights there. The room is basic but comfortable enough for the price. The pillows are virtually flat so if you're used to thicker pillows, bring your own.

But they do clean your room, change your towels, refill the water bottles and teabags/coffee, etc everyday. There's a TV in the room but it only gets local terrestrial channels, and not even digital at that.

But there's free WiFi everywhere in the hotel and even on the street in front. So if you have your phone/tablet/laptop with you, streaming won't be a problem.

Also be aware that there are not 1 but 2 nightclubs on the mezzanine floor of the hotel. Depending on the location of your room, you may be hearing music until 2-3 am almost every day. The hotel also has a pool and a health room on the top floor but they close around 1830-1900.

The staff are very very friendly, professional, and courteous. Don't hesitate to ask them anything and they'll do their best to help you.

The location of the hotel is the absolute best and to me the main feature of the hotel. Right on Al Rigga street, less than 5 mins from Post Saeed Mosque, and less than 10 mins from the Al Rigga metro station. You will have anything you might need or want within walking distance. Several supermarkets, restaurants, fast foods, minimarts, phone shops, gift shops, and even a mall (Al Ghurair Centre) at the end of the street. The location remains lively even at odd hours. I was on the street at 2 am with my wife and I never once felt in danger or worried for my safety and that of my wife. Oh and there's even a night market along the street along with a large variety of food options all along the street
