I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine hospitality. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.
A very special thanks to Mr. Vikram for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable. His kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with anything I needed truly made a difference. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated and professional team member.

Location & Transportation:
Pros: It's a 15-minute walk from the metro station. Don't follow the navigation; it'll take you the long way around. Just head straight in the direction of your destination, trust me, you can walk there.
Cons: There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. If you want to eat or shop, you'll need to go to Dubai Mall, which is a 30-minute walk away.
Room Experience:
The room is tiny. Once you open a 28-inch suitcase, there's barely enough room to stand. The bed is very narrow, probably less than 1 meter wide. The desk space is also small, which is tough when traveling with many small items; you constantly have to tidy up.
Amenities:
The restaurant is fantastic! They offer special à la carte dishes (one per person per day). We stayed three nights and ordered something different every day, all of which were good. There's also a wide variety of other buffet items, so we always had a full breakfast.
The gym is amazing and far superior to hotels of similar caliber in China. The pool isn't huge but looks nice.
Overall Impression:
The value for money isn't great. The room being so small was quite disappointing, but the public facilities are all good. The location is still a bit far from the metro.

The hotel's location is excellent. We booked the family connecting rooms, which were super convenient – one king bed and one twin room. Right outside the hotel, just a short walk away, is the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building!

The location is good, walkable to the Dubai mall. But Google map may be confused and says the time needed to walk to the mall is 30 minutes. I think the best way to get around is to just ask the hotel instead of trusting Google map completely. Also need to keep in mind the free shuttle only operates before check in time and in the evening, so I ended up didn't use the free shuttle service although that's the main reason of me booking here.
However, Elvis offered free breakfast when I told him about this and the breakfast here is pretty great.
I think the room is on the small side, the room smells a little stuffy or something not super pleasant. I also had a view of the construction site. The TV remote was a little dusty, and I cleaned it myself before using. The bed is comfortable but they make you leave a Google review at checkout, I don't like that and I am thinking this may be where the super high review score comes from. In my room at night around 11pm, I kept hearing static noise from the phone in the room and occasional ring for one second then stopped. I wasn't sure where the noise came from and only confirmed when the noise stopped after I unplugged the phone. On a side note, they have a small convenient store in the hotel
Overall, I think the best thing about the hotel is walkability to the mall and breakfast, don't count on the free shuttle if only stay for one night.

I was a bit worried after seeing some complaints about room cleanliness, but honestly, my personal experience was that there was nothing to fault about the room's hygiene, unless you're expecting five-star hotel standards. The location is also quite good. I never tried walking back to the hotel from the metro station because after eating at Dubai Mall, my legs were always practically broken, so I'd always take a taxi back. It was usually just the minimum fare, around 12 AED. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the Old Town, Dubai Mall, and Kite Beach, which is very convenient. For this price point, I think it's definitely worth recommending.

This was our first stay in Dubai, and the front desk lady was incredibly nice, kind, and patient. Even with my broken English, she politely and patiently answered all my questions, giving us very detailed guidance. I've forgotten her name, but she was really beautiful.
I even chatted with her using a domestic AI app, and although the conversation wasn't perfectly smooth, we had a great time. I actually feel a bit embarrassed now because we hadn't adopted the custom of tipping back then.
There are many mosques in Dubai, and there's a beautiful one right next to this hotel. It's also very close to Dubai Mall, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to both Dubai Mall and Kite Beach, which is super convenient and thoughtful. Thumbs up!👍

The Rove City Walk Hotel is a very friendly and helpful hotel. I immediately felt at home, it was very comfortable and clean. My sincere thanks also go to our room service representative, Mr. AMAN , who was extremely friendly and helpful. I am very grateful to him. He fulfilled all our requests. The room was always spotlessly clean; there was absolutely nothing to complain about. I also greatly appreciated that he kept leaving bottles of water outside our door while we were out or sleeping. I would also like to thank the other staff members who looked after us so well during our 17-day stay. This hotel is highly recommended, and I would love to return.

I had a wonderful stay at Rove City Walk, Dubai. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained, and offer great views, especially from the higher floors.
I would like to especially thank Aliza at the reception for her exceptional hospitality. She was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. A special thanks to her for arranging a top-floor room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Her warm attitude and efficiency truly reflected the high standards of the hotel.
