I stayed at the Element for a 21-day stay and I felt very comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport Terminal 1 that you can walk to in less than 10 minutes. A lot of 24h food options there, too. Despite the closeness, there is no noise disturbance from the airport and overall the hotel has a quiet location. Some supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the vicinity. At the same time the metro station is available (Red Line) to go anywhere in Dubai conveniently. Indusara at the Front desk was great! He helped whenever something was needed and skillfully settled everything around the room. I felt very well taken care of. The same is to be said about the housekeeping staff that really took great care to keep the studio tidy and comfy - all were very professional, to point out a few: Sandeep, Sumon, Nisan. Thank you very much! I think the staff is a big plus of this hotel that I can recommend also for longer stays.

We would like to share our gratitude for the experience we had in the hotel. It's a good location and has a quiet atmosphere, and the room was great. We would like to thank Ms. Jocylen for handling our booking and ease our stay in having an early check-in, as we were tired from long flight, i hope that one day our next stay in the hotel will be in your hotel guys

Overall, our stay was good and the hotel was comfortable. However, we did run into two issues that impacted our experience.
First, the AC wouldn’t fully switch off even after we turned it off. This was particularly difficult because my daughter was unwell and we needed the room to be a bit warmer and quieter for her to rest. Having the AC continue to run made that challenging.
Second, the main door kept banging because the soft-close mechanism wasn’t working. The constant slamming was disruptive, especially at night.
Apart from these two problems, everything else about the stay was pleasant and comfortable. If the hotel can address the AC control and fix the door closer, it would make a big difference. I’d be happy to stay again once these maintenance issues are resolved.

I would like to thank the whole staff for their good work and kindness. Specially Martha, at the front desk, who took great care of us even if we only stayed for one night. The hotel is more than convenient if you need to be around Dubai airport (and also includes a free shuttle). The room was very clean and big, and breakfast was tasty!

This is the worst hotel we have stayed in for a long time.
In summary:
- Filthy dirty common areas and room.
- Staff incredibly rude.
- Reception unattended.
We arrived at 2am in the morning, having booked our room from the night before. The reception was unattended, with just a sign saying to go to the hotel next door to check in.
Once we navigated check in which took almost 20 minutes, we then went to the room. I was surprised to see the poor state of the common areas, with dirt all over the carpet, dirty walls, rubbish piled up etc, in what is a relatively new hotel.
The room was absolutely disgustingly dirty and the bed partially made (see pic).
We went back down to the reception in the hotel next door with our bags.
The Egyptian duty manager was incredibly rude, arrogant and above all argumentative. First he argued and then told us we were wrong. Didn’t listen to anything we said. Then he viewed the room and profusely apologised. He told us the hotel was full and only one room available which still needed to be cleaned.
He didn’t see it as his issue to solve. Finally he found a room and said it was clean. But then informed us the TV was missing and therefore we needed to wait to have the TV installed. We told him we didn’t care about the TV, but he refused to listen and said we couldn’t use it until the Tv was installed. So we had to wait 25min for this to happen. Overall is was almost 4 am before we settled in a room.
Absolute disgrace for a Marriot managed property.
We explained we wanted to meet with the cluster GM to explain and discuss our experience the mext morning and asked the duty manager to inform the GM and ask for a time to meet.
They agreed but we’ve heard nothing and it’s 3pm. Obviously just want to ignore our complaint.
We will never stay here again and would recommend no one else do!

A decent place to stay for a night or two between flights. Very close to the terminal. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast area was poorly planned, with the food laid out on a very high counter that was obviously meant to be a bar, but which meant children and shorter guests could not see let alone reach the food. At night, the reception is closed and guests need to walk to the adjoining hotel, Aloft, to check in or get support. The phones from the room are supposed to connect to the Aloft reception after hours, but at least one night they didn’t and we had to walk all the way down to the lobby then over to the adjoining hotel to request room service. Also, there was no exercise room.
