I stay in Sofitel Dubai for 6 days for this trip, it make me feel like home. Room is very cozy and clean. They always prepare for good sleep by put camomile tea on the bedside table. We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The view from the suite was incredible !! overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The room was clean and well organized. The service was amazing. Was the best hotel experience i ever had! The location is super convenient, directly connected to the Dubai Mall. The service was excellent, with housekeeping cleaning the room twice a day. Staying here made it so easy to combine shopping and visiting the Burj Khalifa. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dubai!

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. The hotel lobby is directly connected to the famous Dubai Mall, so you can access the mall right from inside the hotel. You can also walk through the mall from the hotel to the Burj Khalifa's ground floor shops, which takes about 10 minutes – it's very close. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic.

This is a hotel that’s absolutely not at luxury standard. At a good location but staff attitude (except for room staff) is bad. We had two twin rooms and the hotel said only one twin room was booked and the other was a double bed. Room size wasn’t accurate too, trip.com stated 45sqm but hotel told us it’s only 41sqm. Hotel is at a great location. Spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not get the Burj view room as I was travelling alone and the balcony was slightly noisy as it's facing the other side expressway. Luckily the windows were good and was able to block off all the noise from traffic.

Highly recommend staying at Address Skyview. My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and had an incredible time. Service is top notch. Beautiful rooms. Very clean. Room cleanlines good and strategic location

The TV wasn't working properly. The washing machine was leaking and caused the door to get stuck. The staff couldn't fix it and didn't provide any explanation. Very disappointed. I won't be staying here again.

Quite confusion on their checking in process!!! They've sharing the lobby with Kempenski hotel which you have to wait at lobby for their representative come in-person to checking in to the room. But view from balcony of room to the Burj Khalifa is awesome
