Still up there with the best hotels in Dubai, despite amazing hotels opening almost weekly. Service is second to none. Staff are brilliant. Food is great. You sometimes have to move about a bit when at the pool, to chase the sun that goes behind the other hotels through the day, but that can’t really be helped.

The scenery is beautiful, the place is clean and tidy, and the breakfast and dinner are both excellent!

Lovely stay. It’s a bit old property, rooms are a bit small. Sea view definitely worth it, you can enjoy the scenery and drone show. But big green and really nice territory of the hotel. Nice beach. The hotel room and reception staffs are very good and they provide good service but our breakfast experience was awfully bad. Wifi was down for long hours that trigger work cannot be done. Numerous complaints and follow up were useless, front desk is not providing update. Breakfast is bad.

The reception service from Ayo and Carmeline, and their manager (whose name I don't recall), was excellent. The hotel restaurant, especially the breakfast, treated me very well. Visited The First Collection Marina with my family in November. We had a great experience with excellent hospitality. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the location is very good, making it easy to access nearby places. The room view was beautiful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Overnight the bathroom flooded due to a leaked pipe. I slipped in the bathroom when I went in at 6am hitting my shoulder. The manager came quickly to resolve it.

The staff is very varied in their treatment and they do not say things in a concrete and true way, for example: wait 5 minutes for such a thing and it is 15-20, etc.

We spent 3 days in total at this hotel. Everything is ok. The only thing is that there is construction going on near the main pool. You can still hear it. Everything is fine, except for the food. Stayed 10 nights, monotony, did not like the quality of the food. Often the meat was bad, not ripe fruits, desserts were not tasty. At the end of the vacation, we didn't know what to choose, it's the same every day. Children could only eat fish.
