Moon Valley Hotel Apartment in Dubai

I am extremely disappointed and angry at the unprofessional and downright rude behavior of one of the housekeeping staff members, Azam. From the moment I checked in, the experience was unpleasant. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed the bedsheet was burnt. I reported this issue immediately, and Azam came to replace it. However, instead of changing the full bedsheet properly, he only replaced one side.

Later, when we removed the other side of the sheet, I found a large red stain. Naturally, I called reception again and requested a clean bedsheet. To my shock, the same staff member, Azam, came back — but instead of simply doing his job, he started raising his voice at us. He claimed he had taken a picture earlier and insisted that the stain was not there before, as if trying to accuse us of causing it.

The way he spoke was completely unacceptable. His tone was aggressive, confrontational, and highly disrespectful. As a paying guest, I have every right to expect a clean room and polite service, not to be shouted at and made to feel uncomfortable in my own hotel room.

This kind of attitude is unprofessional, insulting, and shows a complete lack of customer service skills. A hotel’s responsibility is to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction, yet in this case, I was made to feel like a problem instead of being helped. Azam’s behavior reflects poorly not only on himself but also on the management for allowing such conduct to happen.

I strongly urge hotel management to take this matter seriously. No guest should have to go through such treatment, and staff like this need proper training — or should not be dealing with guests at all.

Door not able to open and the staff ask me to get assistant from lobby every time. Worst experience in my life

Very poor, no courtesy customer service. Customer desk is not reachable for most of the times. Not flexible in understanding customer needs, or open to render service. Very, very poor. Not recommended.

was disappointing from start to finish. The check-in process was chaotic, with long waits and unhelpful staff. The room was dirty, with stains on the carpet and mold in the bathroom. The noise from the street kept me awake all night, and the air conditioning barely worked. Despite multiple complaints, the staff did nothing to improve the situation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Uzhasnyy otel, gryaznyy, goryachey vody net, otvratitelnyy servis, grubyy personal. Shumoizolyatsiya nikakaya. Tarakany v nomere. Vonyaet. I am currently staying in this hotel. Today my husband called reception and had a very unpleasant conversation with reception person, her name is Afsana. The thing is that my husband just wanted to have a water stopper for bathtub. The engineer guy asked to call reception for that and I really don't understand why. My husband again asked for the same reception lady afsana however she said that it is not allowed to fulfill the bathtub as per municipality which does not make sense at all. The way she was talking to my husband was very unprofessional. She was raising her voice, interrupting my husband and addressing to my husband "baba". My husband was talking to her in bathroom, at same time I was in the bed already and even me I could hear her voice that's how loud she was talking to my husband. After that I called her and I asked a simple question why she was rude to my husband and why she was addressing to him "baba". He is a GUEST, he is not her boyfriend or brother or anyone she knows and can talk t him that way. Instead of apologizing she started arguing with me, kept interrupting me, not letting me to talk . I told her once to stop interrupting me and listen to me , she continued talking in a rude way, disrespecting, ignoring my requests, raising her voice more and more. At one point I felt that I am actually at her place and she is my guest. That's how she was talking to me. This is ridiculous. After all she just hanged up the phone in my face. Just like that. I called reception again, she picked up the call and hanged up on me again. I called up reception again, that time another person picked up the phone, his name is shammas. I asked him to call me the manager and he said that manager is not available. Then he started talking to someone at same time while he was with me on the phone and laughing. I asked for email where I can send the complaint. He said that he doesn't know any and continue making fun of me , talking to me very carelessly . I asked for his name. He suddenly kept quiet, after calling him he just hanged up on me. I called up again, he picked up the phone and again hanged up on me, he did it again after I called him 3rd time. Is this the way how guests are treated in this hotel. I have feeling that I am staying here complimentary. We are guests, our requests should be respectfully handled. Even if any request cannot be done, still it should be politely declined. I need meeting with general manager of this hotel. The behavior of your staff is just unacceptable and very, extremely inappropriate and rude. More over, this is not the first time when we requested to see the manager. The first time was when we just checked in. At that moment when we asked for manager, receptionist said that manager is not available. Therefore, I would like to know, is there any manager available in this hotel at all ??

We was 6 person check-in on 27th October 2022 which has 2 king size bed room. it was for festival celebration.
The Room was smelling while checking-in, cleanliness is really poor, lack of Dishes in kitchen, microwave not working , for the tissue boxes and Dishes even called for 5 times but delivered in room after 2/3 hours.
the lights inside the room is really dark,
receptionist doesn't even know what is DENTAL KIT, as per receptionist management not providing dental kit for guests which is actually not available also, it's really weird thing for me to know hotel which is not providing dental kit, so mid of the night we had to go to supermarket to buy those kind of simple simple things. it was really worst experience in my life that I had to spend my nights in that hotel which is doesn't even deserve 1 star..
