I stayed in a studio apartment with a kitchen and really enjoyed my time here. The location is excellent – right in the middle of town with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, the metro and even a mall nearby. Having a kitchen was very convenient as I could prepare my own breakfast, and for lunch or dinner I didn’t need to go far because there are some great restaurants just downstairs. The staff are very polite and helpful, and they always tried to provide everything I needed. A special thanks to the manager, Ahmed, who arranged a very good rate for my next stay. The building is well equipped with a proper kitchen, ovens, washing machine, irons and everything you need for a longer stay. Despite being in the city centre, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated. The rooftop is also a very nice place to relax. Overall, a comfortable and practical stay with a touch of calm in the middle of the city. I would happily return.

I was very happy about the hotel and the service! I needed to do a late checkout for an urgent business call and they have been so understanding and accommodating. Room was clean bed was comfortable and everyone was kind and helpful. Very recommended!

Stay away from this Hotel. It is dirty, the bathroom old and bathtub disgusting. They had a problem with food moths and had the pest control coming to the hotel to spray in every room. The moths were in drawers and flying everywhere. At breakfast the moths were on the bread/toast and in cereals. We left the hotel as we would not sleep in a room where they had been spraying chemical products.

The rooms were not well taken care of, I had to be moved to another room with my family. The management needs to do better in this case. The wall sockets are in bad shape. Very bad. The pool is not well maintained. The breakfast is on the average. I'm not sure why the guy at the dining had to call reception to check if my room was allowed to have breakfast.

The worst hotel ever. Poor cleaning, terribly noisy, huge building site on the other side of the street, shabby, cockroaches in toilet, incredibly unfriendly staff. Not really worth even one star. The only plus goes to the smiling lady in reception.

Average service, acceptable food, uncommunicative staff and cockroaches. If you have money and you are looking for accommodation in Dubai , please choose only hotels 4 and more stars (I wish I had known this before).

Haven't even got inside because when I was checking hotel prices all across that area, they told me two different prices for same apartment within 3 hours. Didn't want to deal with scams.

i have stayed at Icon so many times and will stay more the next time i visit. located in central deira surronded by resturants. roof top pool, and the view from roof is amazing. dream palace hotel told me my reservation is cancelled just to make more money for making a booking then and there so i called icon hotel appts and Mr. Viky at reception was very welcoming and gave me an hour to arrive and gave me a good deal aswell for my stay. every time i crossed the reception who ever was there, they always gave a welcoming smile and that made my day. thanks allot of making my trip memorable.
