I wish there was a negative rating here that i will give to this place. Terrible experience of my life i had there . All kitchen appliances were not working , the oven was not working nor toaster , the washing machine was broken and the worst part the water heater was also not working . We didn’t have hot water since the day i moved in, i told them infinity number of times to fix it but they are best at negligence, when i told them i will leave the place then there was the drama of the agent I booked the apartment through and the person managing it , they even refused to give deposit back , i had to file a complaint to get my deposit back . WORST WORST WORST

The place is good. But the day caretaker is extremely misbehaved, ill mannered, unsupportive and create issue for people living in the building. I personally have experienced it more than once. If that guy is removed from the building I think I'll be giving 4 stars to this place.

The whole experience was a nightmare. Location was different to what was advertised on booking.com. it was also double booked so had to wait long to get the room.

I had an bad experience held there...... I book one bhk i settle there.... Unfortunately one day there owner came with another family and show the room that family satisfied. But after two days i went back from work they drop out my stuff outside and put that families bag inside, i totally confused because i have more 7 days to leave from there but they saying u want to shift immediately that family coming to live here soon.... I was shocked, where i were go... I said them i can't but they refuses.... Next day also like this happens and another day they do like this, and i pack my everything and went that night without room i was suffered to get a room on mid night. So shame if they give extra money they will do any dirty plays.... They didn't give back my deposit money.... And got bad experience from them..... Never i will not take any room form this suit.... I said my family this matter they also panic...... Bad tooo bad..... Don't do this kind of things to others... Just think working people suffering a lot..... To bad to bad

This place is dated, requires updates and for the price they charge you, there may be better options to be found. I was forced to stay here due to circumstances but would never return unless they upgrade the rooms, furniture, carpets etc. For half the price, it could be justified but not at the price they charge you now,
