Arabian Dreams Hotel Apartments in Dubai

Stayed here for a night as the other ( Star hotel had rooms fully booked for the weekend. What a mediocre property offered by Club Mahindra in the heart of Dubai, I request the Mahindra management team to depend a day if not few hours to identify the issues. Check in was brisk and the security chap Mr Oli was extremely helpful in assisting me with my bags. Rooms clearly showing aging and wear and tear. AC only makes noise but non functional, no hot water despite switching on!! Please avoid this property if you can.

Had planned a Dubai vacation with Club Mahindra from 29 Sep to 02 Oct 25. Was shocked at what CM portrays as a holiday destination. The property- Arabian Dreams is straight out of what dingy hotels/motels at crowded hill stations resemble. Poorly maintained rooms, dirty bathrooms and a vibe which brings about such despair that one will curse why he became a CM member. The property is so understaffed that the security/ bell boy/ concierge and what not, was care of a single person. Though he was sweet enough to show us another room, but i am sure nothing can improve in this place. The rooms had lizard/ rat droppings, damaged furnishings, apparel stickers stuck to walls from previous guests and rusted and dirty home appliances.
We were so disgusted that we walked out of the place after 02 hours (the time taken to eat outside and book another hotel). Wastage of time and money was nothing compared to the sick atmosphere the property promised for the next 03 days. The front desk lady didn’t even bother to ask us what se could have done from her end to make us stay.
It is a pity to see the fall from grace of CM properties. There is hardly any excitement to plan a vacation with them anymore. Rather the building up inventory every year of unused holidays reflects on the wasteful expenditure undertaken years back hoping for the proverbial ‘Memories’
