We spent one night at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the linen did not smell of chemicals, it was quite snow-white. The restaurant here is something outstanding! I don’t even know how to explain how much we liked it! Highly recommend to visit this place and taste as many dishes as you can. We also liked a swimming pool and stayed in the hotel overnight. The service is great. I was rly impressed!

Wonderful place. Magnificent pool, pelican, first line. Almost immediately access to the estuary and to the pier with boats. In a nutshell - a heavenly place :)

Of the pros I want to note the guarded parking in the area, which, incidentally, did not have a beautiful pool, staff who kindly solve any problem, green, prosperous and well-groomed area, convenient location to the boat that will take you to the sea, good rooms in which they clean every day. Very cozy, clean, beautiful, lots of greenery, well-groomed area, spacious rooms, lovely people, an excellent swimming pool (25m, deep) and the highlight of the hotel is the Pilya pelican, she's just lovely! The children were delighted, they did not want to leave.

A great place for a relaxing stay. Green area, rooms for every taste and budget, a wonderful pool, friendly staff, delicious food, and a boat to the sea within walking distance (in the cost of living). The only thing that should be improved is the playground. I hope this will happen next year, because "Liman" is a place where we would like to return.

Fantastic hotel - renovated last week, super clean, lots of appliances like washer dryer, dishwasher, cooker/ hood, microwave etc. Proper fit for business travelers or families!

Spent few days at the cottage with family. Was great!!! The room service starts working around 10am and you can grill your food. The rooms are not bad at all, a bed with tv and fridge. The shower has hot water and they give stuff like in hotel rooms. You have 2 kids playground which is great a secure.

The view is perfect. All three stars comes from the view itself. The hotel itself was below average. A bed with a lot of noise, looks like from 1980s. Really poor breakfast, inexperienced waitresses, low quality desserts. Imagine this place as a viewpoint. Do not expect much from the hotel itself.

2 stars for the view. We stopped in and ate at the restaurant on the way back from Lake Synevyr. It seemed like a nice place, but the restaurant sucked, even by Ukrainian standards. Was served a piece of pork that was nearly all fat and bone. The waitress acted as if she could care less about working. The view was nice, but obscured by smog and pollution. Best to pack a picnic for Ukie road trips

I am staying at this hotel !!! I am just shocked by this beauty. I live in England in London, we traveled many places, Spain, Italy, Greece, and came to our historical homeland. Now we are resting with my wife and three children at the hotel. The place is excellent, quiet, large territory, beautiful alleys, lots of greenery, parking for cars. The room is clean, spacious, the beds are soft box-springs, there is a refrigerator for food, but it does not need power included. They feed three times a day very much and tasty.
