It was the best price in its class. By amenities it would be a 3-star no-breakfast hotel in the US ranking. The hotel restaurant is as expensive as other local restaurants

We did not enjoy staying on the restaurant terrace because of that 5) I included location of the hotel to "pros", as it's close to infrastructure, but I need to note - the hotel is located not in "cosy" place: it's between another line of the hotels and the road

So basically we cannot use the pool during a day, as without bath/sauna it was very cold to stay there 4) I understand that it was not the fault of the Hotel, but there were several constructions in progress around it, and they produced noise and dust
