In the end, the rooms were not that big, but nevertheless, they were clean and well maintained. There was also a personal sauna in our room, which we, for subjective reasons, did not use.
The service is polite and friendly, there were no problems.
It is not very comfortable that the administration is on the top floor, you have to go up and down a lot, the stairs are quite narrow, which can cause some panic and difficulties (but this is subjective).
There are no refrigerators in the room, any food / drinks that you want to chill or save must be left at the reception.
I didn't really like the view from the window, but this is Kievskaya and you can't change it (there is no fault of the hotel in this).
+ There is no smoking area anywhere in the building and you have to go down to the street every time.
There were no problems with the Internet, but the TV did not work in the room. However, when there is good internet, TV is not needed.
The hotel positions itself, if I'm not mistaken, as a good option for newlyweds, with which I can quite agree. Live here for a while, being a tourist or the like. - this is unlikely, but spending the night with your beloved / beloved is quite possible and very comfortable.
I wonder what is on the top (?) Floor, where there are large panoramic windows. Unfortunately, it is closed there. I will make the assumption that some kind of banquet hall is being prepared, which may well be in size, this is very suitable for such a place. (but I could be wrong)
There is a car wash downstairs and a hundred, I won't say anything about it, since I don't have a car and I don't understand. But sitting on the street, watching with a cup of coffee and a cigarette how life boils at a car wash is quite an interesting activity.
Cons: there are no closets in the room (I had to put my clothes on the floor; the water is rusty yellow and at room temperature (as the staff explained - the boiler cannot cope with two rooms with a bathroom); the TV is not tuned, the music channels are only in Polish, the Internet works unstable (the staff suggested an ingenious way out - try to connect later); dressing gowns are paid (one was with a hole); breakfast - I certainly understand that you shouldn't expect a buffet for 55 UAH, but in such a room you want to eat a full-fledged hearty breakfast in the morning, albeit more expensive - left the hotel hungry (
Either a coincidence (which I honestly don't want to believe in), or a rule for a hotel, but we won't come here again and won't advise anyone from our acquaintances.
