I often use the hotel services, but I have never seen such a dirty one. When registering, we paid more money than when booking. There is no kitchen, although they write about breakfast. The room is terribly dirty. The king-size bed creaks a lot, the bed linen has a very unpleasant smell. There is no soundproofing at all. The toilet with a scorched circle does not flush well. There was no soap, only one small square for two. The shower tray was covered in dried soap scum. Of course, I did not take a shower and did not even want to wash myself in such dirt. The towels are old, hard and torn. Other people's hair is all over the room. There were only two glasses and they were dirty. A terrible room and I wanted to go home quickly to wash off. You can buy a better room for less money.

A very nice hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful (especially at reception). The rooms are cleaned and the bed linens are changed regularly, every five days. I liked everything, I would recommend it to everyone. The location is amazing, a quiet and peaceful area.

This isn't my first time at the Gubernia Hotel, and I'm always greeted with open arms and a positive attitude. The staff is friendly and helpful. The receptionists are always helpful when you ask them. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and they clean them daily at my request. If I need them to clean my room, they're very accommodating. The hotel has a separate, gated area with parking, which is very convenient. The room prices are affordable for my budget. I wish you prosperity.

I do not recommend this hotel. There is no kettle in the room, apparently it is not provided, to drink coffee, you have to go to the reception, smoking after 11 pm is generally unrealistic, because the door to the street is locked earlier, and if you go out for a smoke break at this moment, the staff makes a remark to you, and you feel like you are not a client of the institution who paid, but a hospital patient or some prisoner with limited rights, taking a shower is another quest, water flows from under the tray (shower). There is much more that can be written not in favor of the hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, because they do not care about the basic comfort of their "guests", the prices are inflated.

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel. Despite the hotel rate being reasonable, this hotel does not provide any meal service. You will have to go out to the street to buy food. The hotel has a free WiFi service, large car parking facilities and its also very quiet, which is very good. In the room was a large flat screen fitted, but none of the channels had English speaking, so beware if you if you do not speak the local language. The house-keeper is on top of her game, and the front desk were most welcoming. I found communication with the front desk, with the exception of the manager, who could speak English, the rest of the front desk I was having to communicate with them through Google Translate on their phone, but overall I received a good service. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the manager for her hospitality. Highly recommended.

We were passing by with our family, but on Kholodnaya Gora they didn’t find anything else that day. For 800 UAH you will find:

Rooms for furniture, mattresses - normal, but you can clean better. In the bathroom - the smell of sewage, women's black long hair on the toilet lid, a shelf near the sink. No normal breakfasts.

Booked a room in the afternoon. When we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that he had been given to another person. I had to pay extra and check into another room. It seems that the room was not cleaned. There are clumps of female hair everywhere (apparently from previous guests). In general, we were unhappy. The price corresponds to the quality.

The hotel is located at the entrance to Kharkov from the side of the Dnieper.
The building and the renovation are tired, it smells a little of some kind of dampness / old age.
The room was downright filthy in terms of dust and floor. Bunches of dust hung straight along the bottom of the beds .. The bathroom is old, the bottom of the shower room has been tinted more than once. There is no refrigerator, although there is a place for it in the cabinet.
On the walls there are strange "pictures" - glass frames with dead butterflies. Perhaps, for some zoological museum, they would be appropriate, but for a hotel ... in general, there are no answers)
We decided to stay because we were with children, there was no longer a desire to go for a drive to look for another place and we only needed an overnight stay.
Pros - the room is spacious, there is an air conditioner, TV, sets of towels, the simplest cheapest individual soap / gel. There are slippers too.
I will not stop there for the second time.
