"Hotel" is only for instagram photosession. Bad smell in the bathroom, broken furniture. It's not a hotel at all. Owner bought several apartments and made very cheap renovation. As a result, you need to use common entrance to the building that all people use. Entrance is old and dusty. There is an elevator which can be used only by 1 person with weight appropriately not more 70 kg.
Nevertheless, there were some positive moments - everyday cleaning, really good location
My recommendation - it's better to rent a separate apartment than book a room on this "hotel"

You can find these rooms on Airbnb under the names “Super cozy studio..” “ luxury studio suite” , “deluxe studio suite”, and etc. photos look great , reviews look good. But in reality the staff is strange and inappropriate, the attitude is really putrid. Thin walls, very noisy. Dirty rooms. Don’t recommend.

The main entrance to the hotel from the main road bojodana street is very sketchy. Though the hotel is situated on a popular street, the access to hotel entrance is in the interior of a compound, which we observed is filled by people who are drinking smoking, making loud noices until 2 am and they appear very dodgy. Also, the lobby entrance is always crowded with local people as some government office is located at the very next to the lobby entrance door. So evertime you enter you have plead those people for a way to the main lobby door. Overall I did not feel safe everytime I returned to the hotel. The room has broken hot tub, and hot water stopped after 11 am. Thmanager came at 4 pm to help us with water issue.

Lovely, central location, hot water, quiet.
Very centrally located and easy to get there from the metro (Teatral'na on the red line). Make sure to let the hotel know when you will arrive especially if you are arriving late so she will be waiting at the desk.

Pay attention before booking in this aparthotel! Indeed apartment are pretty nice themselves but the building where they are placed is run-down and dangerous.
Really not recommended for families with children. Staff speaks only some word of English. I slept only one night with my family in a apartment at 5th +1 internal floor. During the night electricity gone out and nobody restored it. We have been in the dark till the morning.

Very nice. Clean. Pleasant staff. Close to everything in the heart. On the 5th floor, so if you don't like walking up stairs. The elevator works but it a bit claustrophobic measurements are to feet by 1 and a half feet

Hotel and location was fine, but the rude staff and poor check-in is what made me cancel my reservation. Changed reservation to Senator Maidan instead and received much better accommodations and treatment for the same cost! More specifically, the manager said they contacted me which they didn’t for late check-in and upon arrival didn’t have any rooms available that I paid for in advance then proceeded to tell us to leave if we didn’t like it. The woman at the front had a poor mood from the beginning and seemed unhappy to work there.

the location is very convenient and very close walking distance to popular attractions in kiev, however it is not how it is pictured. the entrance is very rough and old and the elevator is very small - only big enough for one person, maybe two if you're lucky, at a time. that wasn't a big issue at all, since when you get to the actual apartment part it is cleaner and newer looking. however, my sister and i got several bug bites from sleeping in one of the beds, but by sleeping in the sofa bed i didn't have this problem. definitely would not recommend for families!!

Recommended. Nice Boutique Hotel in excellent location near Maydan. Very friendly staff. 1 BR roomy, clean, comfortable and all amenities. Daily maid service. Good soundprooofing. Large spa jacuzzi. Do not let the outside building/courtyard appearance scare you. There is a very convenient mini market in courtyard. Lift is very small but functional. Hotel on second floor so stairs next to lift easy option. Recommend you eat breakfast at Chicken Kiev restaurant about 15 minute walk from hotel. You will be glad you did.

It is next to the city centre. First look at the hotel will scare you a bit but the rooms are very nice and comfortable. It is in two different buildings and one of the has the smallest elevator that I have seen in my life. The people there were always friendly and helpful. They also speak english so it helps quite a lot. They also helped us to get a taxi to the airport.
