The room is unreasonably expensive, in the photo, of course, it looks much better. There is no drinking water in the room, disposable shampoos, gels, etc., only one small soap for two 😂 and I, as a visitor, do not care that this is not indicated in the package on Booking. This is an indicator of your relationship with visitors. If a person came from the road, settled in and became ill, and he did not have time to buy water, what to do?? Or if we came for one day on a business trip, do we need to drag packages of shower gels and shampoos? That's why you are an apart HOTEL, and rent rooms for a DAILY DAY, people should come on a business trip and feel comfortable, and not run around the city looking for a sip of drinking water or shower gel! Especially for 1600 UAH per day! Is it really so difficult and expensive to put disposable hygiene items and a bottle (albeit the cheapest one) of water??? After all, for your visitors - this is a small, but pleasant thing that can radically change the mood! And please stop being defensive in the comments. It doesn't suit you at all. Reviews are created for feedback, like a complaint book, so that a person can leave their opinion, and you can take it into account, work it out, and improve your business! Disgusting hotel! There is no drinking water in the room for 2.000 UAH/night (not provided). Hot water ran out after the first shower. The girl from the reception forgot some keys twice, either at the door or in the room. The photo of the rooms on the site looks like a 3D visualization or photoshop. In fact, whitewashing on top of bare walls and no more.
