The staff speak English very well and I had no difficulty in communicating. When there is a problem, they try to find a solution and help immediately. The location is also very good and in a very central place. The rooms were very clean, very spacious. If I go to kiev again, I will definitely stay in this apartment. the only bad thing was that the elevator was not working in the building and we had to walk to the top floor. but still everything was great. the staff were very sweet. I was very satisfied.

My stay was for one night. It was fine but I would like to let know this so you don't get surprise like me :
- No parking in the area, I had to park in a paid parking near the Golden gate. Not that far but still not that easy to find & to go there after dropping your bags considering the crazy traffic in the area, that is a night mare
- this is like apartment s place not a hotel & it is in the 4th floor. No elevator, so you will have to wake up with your luggage. No one to help you for sure.
- the room is fine & the path room is I can say 50/50 clean, especially in the shower as I could see so rust there.
- do not expect much in the path room, they left 2 small shower gel & shampoo with hands soap. They expect you to bring your own things I guess !! Also, 1 big towel & the other is small !! & Done..
There is fridge, microwave, kettle, few plates & TV..

Great room in city centre location. 1 down side is its on 4th floor and lift is broken. Good price for its location. The best part is the staff. I had an incident and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They are a credit to the apartments and always someone around to assist you.

Stayed here one night with my husband, we loved it! Really nice personal, cozy and clean rooms. The location of these apts is perfect, really close to the center. Also there's one coffe shop near, I want to recommend it, The Blue Cup. Definitely coming back to you guys next time we're in Kiev.

Great stay for a great price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very secure despite it's outside looks. Room was very clean, wifi free and strong. Really wish I could have stayed longer.

So we spent several days here.
The room was nice and large, to our surprise it had its own sauna!
located close to the center for shops, restaurants and bars an easy 5 min walk.
The staff are friendly.
We didnt speak the local language so communication was a little complicated but over all worked ok.
There was some decorating going on in the entrance hall (nothing noisy) so when thats finished it will look better for first impressions.
The room was nice and large, to our surprise it had its own sauna!

Nice hostel situated not far from city centre. Rooms are clean. Good heating system. There are towels 2 per person and 1 for leg, cups, plates, tea, coffee, sugar. Very pretty and nice reception girl. The bed is comfort and clean also. In the room can be more then two persons, there is a sofa. Bathroom is also clean and there is a hair dryer. We stayed for night and were delighted. One bad thing - the lift isn't work in the evening. Hostel is on the fourth floor. I highly reccomend this hostel for everybody.
