Central Dayflat Apartments in Kiev

The apartment, located at 46/48 Shovkovychna Street, is conveniently situated near the Besarabsky Market, just a 10-minute leisurely walk from Khreshchatyk, on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with an elevator. The windows of the apartment overlook Kropyvnytskyi Street, partially facing the wall of another building (as shown in the photo). There are several cafés near the building where you can have coffee and breakfast. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, two air conditioners, a TV, and a kitchen that includes a small gas stove, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a set of necessary dishes, and a washing machine. The bathroom features a non-functional jacuzzi, an old hairdryer, and a water heater, ensuring hot water is always available. That's where the advantages of the apartment end. Now, let's move on to the downsides of the apartment:
The apartment has long since seen its best days and is in need of renovation. The walls in the living room and bedroom are peeling (as shown in the photos), the entire surface of the coffee table in the living room is damaged, there is a large crack in the ceiling of the kitchen (photo), the refrigerator in the kitchen has a big dent, and there's a large dent on the inside of the apartment door. In the bedroom, the outlets on the right side of the bed don't work, so if you're traveling with a partner, one of you won't be able to turn on the bedside lamp or charge your devices by the bed.
A significant downside of the apartment is its sanitary condition. There are stains on the walls, dust on the bedside lamps, and the kitchen furniture isn't very clean (as shown in the photos). But the biggest issue is the presence of cockroaches. It's just awful! I don't recommend going into the kitchen late at night because as soon as you turn on the light, you'll see large cockroaches scurrying away. Please get rid of the cockroaches!
The apartment lacks mosquito screens on the windows, so if you want to ventilate the space, flies and mosquitoes will get in. The sound insulation is poor, and you can hear the neighbors quite well, so you'll have to rely on their good manners.
There is no desk as mentioned in the description, so if you're traveling for work, you'll have to work in the kitchen, along with the cockroaches.
If you arrive as a group of three, even after notifying them in advance, you'll only be given two pairs of disposable slippers. The explanation is brilliantly simple—the apartment is intended for two people.
Considering that they charge a security deposit of 1000 UAH (which, by the way, I still haven't gotten back after checking out), I find it quite strange that no one takes care of the apartment's condition. In my opinion, such an attitude shows a lack of respect for the guests.
