Due to other guests parking poorly a member of the hotel staff offered to reverse my car out which I accepted in good faith. This member of hotel staff then proceeded to crash my car into what I presume is the car of another guest. The member of hotel staff then attempted to walk away without a word when I stopped him he then ran away the members of the desk refused to help questioned if he was even a member of the hotel staff told us that there were no cameras so no evidence and implied that I was lying about the situation then refused to get the staff member that ran away to come back I am now left with damage to my car that I am having to pay for myself while I am recovering from surgery from an injury sustained on the front. The attitude of the hotel is beyond disgusting this is the worst treatment I have ever received in any hotel in any country. Oh and the room way dirty, for a superior room the facilities were terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE

Stayed here for 4 days in april 2021 (covid times). Very good place, food shops near around the corner, quite neighborhood.
Staff very helpful in helping us.
Cheap price for the quality of the room. Everything was fine, recommended.
One side note: the bed sheets were a little bit too rough for my skin, but I don't consider this their fault.

Hotel is situated out of town about 30 mins drive, but can access the town by taxi. Near shopping area (two shopping malls)... Hotel has free coffee 24/7 which is very nice and reasonably priced...

Jacuzzi with lukewarm water is hard! And Wi-Fi, which is caught only if on a chair to get up. And conditioner to which the control panel is not allowed.

Good hotel , clean , warm, the room has Lifei, hot and cold water. Also minus is the room was facing the road, the soundproofing of the Windows is poor and the front sight in the room.

Lived here 10 days on a business trip. What can I say - for the money (and we have rented rooms of different classes) is fine but not more.
Liked the interior, not Intrusive, sustained tones. The staff is friendly and actity.
Nice cheap soft flooring not only in the corridors (!) and the Elevator, but also in the rooms. God forbid, set foot.
In the bathtub of my room (408) crazy stank hood, I wanted to rant, only came to wash. Well, that then moved to another room.
Bar Buckwheat. There consistently is not enough food to prepare a meal, no drinks, hookah (no coal, etc.)

A very nice hotel but it's far from most taxi routes. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are super affordable, good for when you're on a budget
