I stayed at Dnipro Hotel for almost 2 weeks and I love this hotel. First, it was the only hotel in the area that recognizes & honors Military. Second, it's the best location as it's central to maidan and shops, but facing the river so it's more peaceful than some of the other locations. It's also right next to a beautiful park so you get closeness of city restaurants and shops and nature all in one spot. Third, the hotel is historic, it has old style architecture and classic furniture, I believe it was built during Soviet times but definitely one of the gems of this era. And last but not least, the staff are incredibly kind and hospitable and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. It also has security in the lobby all night. pS- my window has an amazing view. Thanks Dnipro Hotel ❤️

I booked this hotel for 9 days. I changed room from small room on 1st day to suite because first room too small, but suite was very large with beautiful view. Suite decorated in soviet Era Victorian design, very pleasant atmosphere. Staff very accommodating and I was able to communicate in English well. Cleaned room everyday with much professionalism. Breakfast and service was very good. Here on business and I sometimes leave money and multiple phones and equipment around and hotel staff is ALWAYS trustworthy. As an American who doesn't speak Ukrainian, This hotel treated me very good.

This hotel does not match modern standards at all. I’m a real person telling a stranger not to stay here. Everything is negative about the hotel. The beds will give you back issues. It’s so incredibly low to the ground that your body will touch the floor when you attempt
to sleep. The tv is from 1997 which is why it doesn’t turn on. There isn’t electricity if the room key isn’t inserted. There is literally one outlet for the whole room .. and it’s in a very awkward location. I ran out of toilet paper, and the staff questioned if I really needed it, or was trying to hoard. Yes, the location is wonderful. The thing is… pay a bit more for the variety of different hotels on the same street, and be comfortable. I wish I never booked this hotel, please beware.

Abysmally slow service, waited for food to arrive for more than 40 minutes! Tiny selection of food and drinks. The only positive thing, is great view from 12th floor restaurant. Toilets don't have automatic light switches, it's going inside dungeon. Eery and forgotten place - avoid it.

Great location even better view on Dnipro river, good services currency exchange, laundry, nice breakfast and friendly helpful staff especially Elizabeth yet the only problem of this hotel are the rooms, old furniture not a style but really old, uncomfy bed and bad tv, avoid regular cheap rooms at all cost because it’s not matching 4 stars by all means, stick to suites only, no swimming pool duo Covid

It is a reasonably good hotel. The room service could be better but they were very nice even if we could not understand each other. Simple be nice and they are nice, opposite is true also

My second visit to this hotel good location at the eastern end of Khreschatyk street. Very good breakfast buffet, excellent panorama restaurant on the top floor, Euro-bar with outside seating, SPA in the basement and a gentlemen club on the second floor. Quiet hotel with friendly staff

The hotel is in a good location. Easy to walk to the metro or down Khreschatyk street. The staff were polite and didn't mind teaching a little of the local language. My only criticism is that they charged me for 5 days of breakfast when I only had breakfast at the hotel for 3 days not 5. In the end I just paid the 25 Hryvnia because for some reason they had me ticked off for 5 days of breakfast. Breakfast eggs were good but not a fan of other options but was good to try Ukrainian style breakfast food.
